Updating my review one last time.
Maintenance deserves this.
Their service has redeemed my previous low rating.
They were kind and fixed my hot water tank and replaced the heating element.
Now I can take hot showers and baths again and I am very happy.
Above all else they were gentlemen and I really appreciated the kind and consistent service.
Anytime I put a request in they got right on it.
I really appreciate all your hard work and it hasn’t gone un noticed or appreciated.

I had a GREAT experience here. BUT upon leaving TINA EVANS, one of the managers, completed soured my view of this place. She was rude and extremely condescending. I am giving the place itself a 3 star rating because for three years I had no complaints, but avoid and or report Tina Evans. I not sure if she is that awful to everyone or just certain residents. But if Tina Evans is the standard of customer service at the Vintage, the quality is going to decline very quickly. Again, my overal experience was awesome, but I would hate for potential residents to be turned off by Tina’s terrible demeanor

I recommend Vintage On Yale. I was skeptical because of the previous reviews but after speaking to LaCoreious i truly believe the property now has the people it needs in the office to get things in shape! He was so professional! Helped me and my sister! My sister didn’t even want to move to Vintage on Yale, he was helping his competition and that speaks volumes. I highly recommend!!

I do want to point out that I typically do not give reviews so for me to take the time out to do so definitely means something. My friend and I have been apartment hunting for weeks and it has been quite an experience to say the least. The professionalism and helpfulness of their leasing agent, LaCoreious was superb. He was very informative and genuine, you do not come across this often. He definitely made a huge impact on us and our decision going forward. I wish there were more leasing agents out there with his level of expertise, it would make for a better experience overall. Thank you so much

My partner and I submitted our application after we toured the property with Jody (who I have no complaints about). However, once we submitted the application, we had to hand hold the office during every step of the process. Rather than getting calls to let us know what we needed to do next, we would call the office to inform them we’d completed what we needed to do and that we needed to know what’s next as our move in date was fast approaching. We finally got everything submitted and were awaiting a call or email - because they said they would reach back out - to inform us of our deposit amount

I have been looking for a place in the Tulsa are for well over three weeks. I’m having to move in a hurry because of work. I’ve lost sleep over this. The second I walked in to the leasing office, I was promptly greeted by Misty. She is an absolute rockstar. She got me into the perfect apartment for me and my fur babies! She was absolutely wonderful in the leasing process. The landscaping is gorgeous, pools are clean, apartments are impeccable, and these employees obviously care!
