Extremely compassionate and caring. Meadowmont has been there to guide two of my dogs into the final part of their lives and has also supported the health and development of our young dog. When we had an emergent situation this morning, they took amazing care of our boy and were thoughtful, open, and transparent about everything that was going on and answered our questions in detail. A wonderful vet and we’re so glad for their support!

The staff is extremely friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Dr Robertson is extraordinary! Very focused on the comfort and well being of my pet. My pet is priority #1 while they are with her and the team is very comforting and thorough. Extremely happy with my experience here and finding Meadowmont Animal Hospital as my Vet for my K-9 family member.

The entire staff at Meadowmont Vet has been incredibly kind and supportive. We have a cat who developed a serious tooth abscess when our regular vet was unable to take her on short notice (due to emergencies at their clinic).
They worked me in within a single day, even despite me making sure they were aware that our cat was feral and would likely need to be sedated to be examined. They were able to examine her without sedation, and got her started on pain medication and antibiotics as we work to get her scheduled for surgery.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming, telling me everything to expect from my new pet visit. The vet and nurse were great at handling my cat, understanding that she was nervous and needed a gentle, reassuring touch. Overall, such a positive experience!

We're extremely thankful that Meadowmont made a short-notice appointment time for our senior dog, Heidi - despite not being a regular patient. Heidi has been a bonus housemate for our UNC daughter several times this year. When Heidi showed unexpected stroke-like behavior, we really feared the worst. Meadowmont tested & diagnosed a treatment that resulted in a simple medication change, but ALSO alleviated our stress throughout the process by always being kind, informative, and thorough. The staff at Meadowmont are truly amazing. My cocker spaniel Ida has a benign tumor blocking her ear canal sealing in a nasty infection. Once removed it ate away at her ear. They went above and beyond for Ida.… It was a long tough road. I can not thank them enough for all they did then and for the wonderful care they’ve provided for both my dogs. If you want a vet where all the staff are wonderful, helpful and provides excellent service then Meadowmont is the place for you!

I switched to Meadowmont Vet because my previous Vet had front desk girls who seem to hate their job. The time I switched wasn't the ideal time as my dog needed surgery. Not truly knowing the Vet's, it was hard to feel completely at ease. I figured based on the location this Vet would cost more but to my surprise, their prices are very competitive.… I've been with Meadowmont Vet for around a year now and wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The front desk girls always have a positive attitude and know my dog by his name. I love that the the Vet will SIT and talk with you about your pet and

Top-notch veterinary care !! We saw Dr. Robertson. She is an angel in veterinarian’s clothing. Supportive and comforting doctors and all of the staff. Allison, veterinary assistant, is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind and has a great memory!! Reception is amazing. Everyone is so patient. My cat was seen by Meadowmont because he had been lost for over two weeks. He became relaxed being there. I’m so happy about Meadowmont Animal Hospital.

I really love Meadowmont Animal Hospital. I live in Carrboro and have other vets that are much closer but this place is worth the extra distance for me. They are always very kind and friendly and explain all the charges and procedures before going forth with anything so there are no surprises. My cats love Dr. R and the vet techs too! They partner with Orange County Shelter so if you adopt from the shelter you get a free exam, which I think is cool.

For our short time here so far we love it!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The staff is very knowledgeable and makes sure all of your questions have answers! I have been to several other vets in chapel hill area but none compare! Your pet will be very well taken care of here and most importantly, LOVED!
