I had a great a great experience buying my second bike from Global.
I like Specialized so going here is a no Brainer.
I also had a great customer experience with Dylan who was very helpful and friendly. This is not always the way you are treated at bike stores who sometimes talk down to people who they don't perceive as being worth their time.

Yesterday my wife and I went to Global Bikes (Gilbert location) to ask questions about entry level mountain bikes. We were greeted by Mr. Thomas and he was so happy to help us and talk about the different bikes. I came in with an idea of what I wanted (Specialized Rockhopper 29) and after talking and asking questions of Mr. Thomas, we decided to get the Specialized Rockhopper Sport. I’m extremely pleased with the bike, and the service we received. I would buy a bike from Global Bikes in the future. Very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff. They even gave a Veteran discount off the accessories

My wife and I had been shopping for ebike racks for about two weeks and finally settled on the Yakima Onramp bike rack. When we arrived at Global we were met by Vince who helped us with some questions regarding the rack we were looking at. We made the purchase but had to assemble the rack outside the store. Vince was very accomadating and assisted us with the installation. Thanks to Vince we had an excellent experience purchasing our bike rack. Way to go Global.

I brought my Great Granddaughter’s Bicycle into Global Bikes and E-Bikes in Gilbert Arizona to be fixed. She had several things that were broken. The young man that helped me with getting the bike out of my car and then into my car was very professional and explained to me what was wrong with it. They followed up with an text message to let me know it was ready and what the cost would be. It was less than I expected. I would recommend this repair shop to everyone.

David is a good salesman. He invited me to test the Turbo Como 3.0. He found the right size frame, adjusted the seat height and off I went. In about a minute I knew this bike would be perfect for me.
It is comfortable to ride, responds well when pedaling and changing gears, and zips along with the power on. Adjustments are at at your fingertips and easy to change and the little bell is too darn cute! Thank you for my great new ride.

Finding a quality, lower price point bike in the current market is tough. Global Bikes in Gilbert had multiple choices to pick from and the purchase was quick, easy and relatively hassle free.
Only complaint I had was I drove 40 miles because they had the selection and according to website accepted trade in’s. Website even has a trade estimator, so I loaded up and drove down only to find out they don’t accept trades on the brand I had (Fuji, not a horrible product) even though the site gave me an estimated trade value for my particular bike.
Minor hiccup, staff was good natured about it as

Super friendly staff. Reasonable prices for accessories if you need something on short notice. If you need a good local bike shop I would recommend this place. Inventory is pretty low on bikes currently due to Covid but getting better now that supply chains are starting to open up.
I have had service performed here for general tune ups and purchased two bikes from them.

Awesome bike shop, I am in town from Los Angeles for the holidays with my partner and she suggested I bring my bike to ride with her dad. I recently had a crash and needed a new helmet so I went to Global Bikes to grab a new one, ended up with a specialized helmet similar to the giro I had been rocking for a few years and was happy I ended up in this store, seems like a lot of other stores in the area only had mountain biking gear *which I totally understand given the terrain in the area* but I wasn't forced to run around town after seeing the wide selection of road bike gear Global Bikes

We came in on a busy Sunday afternoon to look at mountain bikes for my husband. We started looking at e-bikes and after Tim answered all our questions we forgot about the mountain bike and purchased two e-bikes.
Tim was great despite being short staffed and the store being busy. The bikes are pretty great too :)

It's the simplest of things that make a great company or store. Global Bikes in Gilbert is great.
I had a problem with the wheel of my grandsons tricycle and figured I'd ask the experts. The wheel needed to be bolted to the axil and the end bolt had come off.
Dustin took 5 minutes to fix and I was on my way. He wouldn't take any money for his service. My 3 year old grandson was so happy.

My experience buying from them was a good one. They were quick to get me into an expensive bike. It was mostly what I was looking for and I really do enjoy it.
However, My experience with after care and (free) Maintenance is not as I had hoped. They have become VICTIMS OF THEIR OWN SUCCESS.
The repair area is totally maxed out with all the racks full. They can't really hire any more techs, because it's such a small repair area.
I have tried to come in on off hours and they are still busy. I saw them the other day and they had 2 set of people looking at ebikes. That is at least

Thinking it would be a routine tuneup, I expected to pick the bike up just a few days later from the shop. A day after dropping it off, I received a phone call from Dustin saying that he noticed a few of my spokes were broken and he had decided to simply fix/replace them for free, but upon doing so, more began to break when he test rode it after the tuneup. He called to let me know that I was going to be in need of an entirely new

If you're looking to buy a new bike or just to have service on you existing one, look no further than Global Bikes! In particular, I have patronized the Gilbert location at Gilbert and Guadalupe Roads, and the shop and its employees are exceptional. Global carries quality brands in all sorts of bikes and accessories, so if you're looking for something bike-related, you should be able to find it there.
