I come from a very musical family as my mother father and brother are professional musicians. I started playing drums with my fathers wedding band when I was only 10 years old! All through HS I continued as a rock drummer with many garage bands. When I turned 18, I entered the infamous Jersey Bar club scene circuit, playing 6 nights a week throughout the late 70's and 80's.
I started powerlifting at 12 years of age! So basically my whole life it's been the cornerstone of all my training. Most of my clients are taught the basics to provide a strong structural base of strength! I currently compete in the Masters 55-59 year old division 183lb or 205 lb weight class. I've held over 20 Wa State records in the squat and deadlift and also have set 3 American records in the deadlift with the USAPL federation.
To develop relationships with clients (individuals, companies, or media) who can use my vast knowledge of training, conditioning, food, nutrition and supplements, whether one time or ongoing, with a particular emphasis on TV and video opportunities. All sessions are 30 minutes-you will get more benefit in 30 minutes than you typically get from a 60 minute workout. All sessions start and end on time. My daily schedule is heavily booked, so if you arrive late I will not be able to extend your session time. You'll have to work even harder to get it all finished in a shorter time.
Strength training is what Frankie's workouts consist of. As people age, we need to maintain and improve our lean muscle mass and strength. Balance, core stability, metabolism, reduced body fat levels, and specific body parts all will improve with my workouts. His methods have worked for decades with countless clients using a proven formula.
