Pleasure Point Pilates
Pilates exercises are done with concentration and precision, emphasizing core stability and spinal flexibility. The exercises are done on specifically designed equipment or on the floor (matwork). Pilates simultaneously lengthens and strengthens your musculature, working the entire body as an integrated whole, resulting in the most balanced body imaginable.

It is unlike any other exercise! Gentle *Myofascial Release techniques with Anna Lovato Myofascial Release (MFR) is a therapy using relaxation techniques to improve blood and lymphatic circulation, release tension and promote ease of movement. Breath and Visualization techniques will be introduced and workshoped to release muscle tension, increase range of motion and promote awareness.
Services
Private Sessions are also referred to as Solos or One on One sessions. By having a teacher all to yourself, we're able to tailor the session to your individual needs. Focusing on your goals, injuries (past and present), and personalized modifications to the exercises will make the most out of your efforts and time.
