Petite PT Pilates uses Pilates, a total-body approach to movement, to take Physical Therapy to the next level. Using a trained PT eye, combined with the principles of Joseph H. Pilates, Petite PT Pilates can be the secret weapon for your wellness or rehab goals. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I aim to offer evidence-based medical services in order to meet my patients' needs.
I'm highly committed to offering high quality care to the Santa Cruz community. I use a combination of Manual Therapy, Pilates Rehabilitation, and more traditional PT exercises for each patient. It's taken me years of hard work to get where I am today, and you are in good hands with me, PT-wise and Pilates-wise.

Services
It depends on your insurance. We are an out-of-network provider and if your insurance covers out-of-network providers (call and ask) I can provide you with a superbill following our session. You will give this to your insurance and they will reimburse you directly. Wear clothes that you can move in, and I can see you move in.
The Physical Therapy eval is the the first visit you book. We meet & talk, I assess the way you move and any areas of pain you may have. I come up with a treatment plan, we do treatment on the first visit, and I prescribe an individualized home exercise program for you to follow. Depending on the package you choose to buy, follow up visits can cost anywhere from $135 (for one session) to $120 (5-pack) to $115 (10-pack).

I love Paige's pilates classes. Whether you are new to pilates or have been taking classes elsewhere, you are really going to appreciate Paige's description of exercises, her superior knowledge of anatomy, and her description of why you're doing what you're doing. I have too many times taken pilates classes with instructors who do none of these tasks, and have found myself coming away from their classes feeling confused, questioning, and wondering if I simply lacked understanding. Not so with Paige! I come out feeling like a winner, understanding the exercises she has demonstrated and corrected
