Our studio specializes in small group classes with a focus on form and personalized attention. We have beginner to advanced classes, including classes for seniors, using wood Pilates Reformers and Chairs by Balanced Body. Our instructors are experienced working with athletes, beginners, clients with a wide variety of injuries and clients trying to balance their fitness routines.
Our classes work the whole body with a focus on core that will improve your flexibility and performance in other fitness endeavors. In my opinion, Barbie is an excellent and efficient Pilates instructor. I've been in her twice weekly class for about six months and in that time we solved a decades old knee problem and my weak ankle no longer swells.

My name is Barbie Meierhoefer and I fell in love with Pilates over 15 years ago. I realized immediately that Pilates was a wonderful form of exercise that anyone could do. While building stong muscles throughout your body, you gain flexibility, balance and focus. Pilates helps you stand tall and lean by working your stomache and back muscles (the core) without adding bulk to your frame.
While Pilates does focus on core strength, Pilates conditioning works all the muscles in your body. Pilates exercises are geared to improve flexibility for a more limber body with greater ranges of motion. It is a mind-body exercise technique that calms the mind and reduces stress. It developes strength, flexibility and control and it IS for EVERYBODY!
