Lindsay is heaven sent. Let me start there. Then, let me ask you: do you have a complicated ailment that no one seems to be able to help you with or need help in figuring it out? Like, do you need someone who *knows* how the body and brain connect and work together? Do you consider yourself in need of someone who listens and understands what you know about your body and how it's not operating properly and can be empathetic and completely focuses on helping you get back to working right? She's your answer.
I have literally been around the country looking for someone who could understand me in my

My daughter’s physical therapist and her dance instructor referred her to Lindsay to strengthen certain muscles and stabilize her alinement. Lindsay is knowledgeable, able to assess my daughters strengths and weaknesses. She quickly identified my daughters needs, personalizing her workout. Lindsay clearly and precisely explains the movements with kind yet purposeful corrections. We are thankful for expertise and help!

Lindsay blew me away with her ability to look at my movement and give me a simple plan towards relief of the sciatic nerve pain I have been dealing with for close to 15 years. After the very first visit, I felt more hopeful than I have in years! Thank you Lindsay, I will for sure be sending my birth doula and childbirth education clients home with your information!

Lindsey Branzel was recommended to me by a friend and fellow yoga practitioner and instructor as someone who may be able to help me with a nagging hamstring and rotator cuff issue and I can't say enough how glad I am I came to see her. Lindsey's vast body knowledge and ability to assess and rehabilitate is beyond compare. Different than traditional physical therapists, Lindsey's approach allowed me to continue my current level of activity and blend her recommendations to my current yoga practice resulting in less pain and a better body awareness as a whole. Regardless if you have past or current

Not only is this a great place for physical therapy, it's also a wonderful place to work with a true Pilates expert. Lindsay is so knowledgeable and insightful when it comes to working with the body. She is a great listener, takes her time working with you and really gets to the root of any pains your body is experiencing. I came to Lindsay for rehabilitation after breaking my foot and have had wonderful success. I highly recommend this studio.

I have been seeing Lindsay for a couple months now. I started going to see her for physiotherapy after I had an excruciating pain develop in my coccyx as a result from surgery on my lower leg. I could not even sit on the couch for 10 minutes and no one could figure out what was causing this very focused and intense pain. After one session of work and home exercises I started to see some improvement. Two months later, I am mostly pain free (depending on how consistent I am on my side to do my physiotherapy exercises). Lindsay is now working on treating a year and a half old rotator cuff injury that

Lindsey Branzel is so well in tune with her clients. I have observed her in clinics and see her weekly. She figures out where the true problem lies with pain. For example, I went to her for my elbow pain and she found that it originated with my shoulder girdle along with my posture. My posture has improved due to her teaching me awareness of my body position. I am extremely happy with my results in that I have less pain and my success in physical activities has improved. I believe the physical gain is worth the cost. Lindsey's knowledge of the body is phenomenal.

I am thrilled to recommend Lindsay Branzel because she has given me so much insight into my alignment and movement. After a Total Knee Replacement 4 years ago I began having chronic pain in my hip. I signed up for the Rehabilitation Package and have made vast improvements. Recovery from a TKR is much more than the degree of bend in your knee. With Lindsay's questions and observations she was able to show me how to walk in a more aligned manner and strengthen areas that had become weak and painful. She has taught me to become aware of pain triggers and to adjust by literally walking my way out of
