I'm Sharon, a STOTT PILATES certified mat and reformer instructor, also completed the Injuries and Special Population course. I believe in living life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement and in the mind-body connection. I view Pilates as a key element in enriching quality of life. I value the power of individual training, as a way to achieve faster, better and more satisfying, lasting results.
These concepts guide my personal life, teaching and practice. Our bodies are all built differently. Our postures, routines, habits and injuries are all reflected based on our health, fitness and overall well being. With modern life's daily routines we don't always find the time, energy or the appropriate setting for us to take care of ourselves and our bodies.

Services
Stott Pilates is a branded version of the Pilates method of physical exercise that was developed by Moira Merrithew (ne Stott) and commercialized by Moira with her husband, Lindsay Merrithew, starting in 1988. There are Five Basic Principles that provide the foundation of STOTT PILATES and are key to performing the exercises safely and effectively.

I have been blown away by the transformation in my body and mind since working with Sharon. She takes the time to personalize each of our sessions. Always mixing things up and tunes into exactly what my body needs. I love her peaceful personality, that leaves me feeling comfortable and relaxed. Her instructions are clear and her studio has state of the art equipment. Canโt wait to go back for more!
