Founded by Karen Sanzo in 2000, Pilates Unlimited is a full-service Pilates studio in Dallas, Texas. As an instructor, teacher trainer, and physical therapist, Karen brings 30 years of wisdom and experience to bear on the programs she has created at Pilates Unlimited.

Nationally recognized for her innovative approaches to the Pilates method, Karen's comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics and years of experience as a master teacher have shaped wellness programs across the nation.Karen passionately promotes Pilates as an ideal exercise system for all bodies.

Pilates Unlimited offers group instruction in the Pilates mat exercises and in using the full range of Pilates equipment. The basics of all Pilates exercises are introduced in the mat fundamentals. A solid understanding of these fundamentals will facilitate your progress and learning in both mat and equipment exercises.
Our small group classes explore the core from every angle and may use the full suite of Pilates equipment or focus on one piece. The spine's stability and mobility are fully challenged and fully engaged throughout the entire repertoire of equipment exercises. The body will experience movements through several planes, and functional movements will also be introduced.
All our mat classes are now offered via zoom. Same dynamic, fun, informative and challenging classes you have been used to all these years. A true beginner's class designed to establish good fundamental skills. Ideal for those new to the Pilates Method who want to learn the basic technique. Gain insight into what the core is, (more than just the "abs") and how it works.
