I have done Pilates at other studios for a few years and I am switching to Sessions exclusively - the trainers are amazing. Studio has a great culture. One of the first opening days I was the only one there, offered to come back, and they insisted I workout and did a private lesson for just me. Come to find out later, it was the owner (Brittany) who gave the workout. Everyone says hi & bye by first name. They are very high energy and helpful with form and I have seen a difference in my body in the few “sessions” I have taken there! Happy they are in the 75093! Oh and it’s the cutest studio

Session Pilates is truly the best!! It all starts at the top with Brittany - the kindest, most generous, loving soul who goes out of her way to make sure every client has an amazing experience in her studios. The instructors take the time and energy to get to know the people in their classes and whether you need a modification or advancement, they are there to cheer you on! You’ll leave class with leaner muscles and a fuller heart. 10 out of 5 stars!

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR PILATES STUDIO! We are insanely lucky to have this business in Plano, TX. I moved from Dallas to Plano last year and have been driving 30+ minutes back a forth to take classes at Session multiple times a week because it is THAT GOOD. I came to my first class 2 years ago with no former Pilates experience and was instantly hooked. The team and atmosphere that Brittany (owner) has created is truly magical. Cant wait for my favorite pilates studio to open up in Plano! Been taking classes with the team since they opened their first studio in Uptown. Each studio is beautiful and the staff are all wonderful. Brittany has built an amazing business and her passion for fitness and community shows through her loyal following. You will not find a more friendly crew than the session team, and you most certainly will not be disappointed by the workouts they dish out.

The teachers are all incredible! Caroline and Jasmine are my favorites. I've been coming here for a while and they are always consistent, friendly and you get a great workout. They are all very knowledgeable about the reformer and they really care about your form which has yielded me zero injuries- not even a strain. The only drawback- for some- is every workout is the same as far as intensity. It's a one size fits all. No specialized classes- which I'm fine with- but others may want. The newest location of one of Dallas's most popular pilates studio. This location is one of my favorites, as the closest one to me, as well as due to its exceptionally cute decor. Huge space, don't feel packed in at all, even though this location accommodates a lot of class goers. Friendly front desk staff, and lockers to put your stuff during class (they lock the front door during class). Only complaint is that they don't always have water to refill your bottle with, only boxed water to purchase. And also beware that parking at this location can be egregiously terrible during peak
