We are a fully equipped, private, boutique sized Dallas Pilates Studio with a true authentic Pilates passion. We offer private lessons, duet and small Reformer classes (limit 4) and Rossiter System services for pain management.

Services
Our Pilates studio is anything but the typical Pilates studio based in Uptown Dallas. We are a private Pilates studio, working one on one with our clients. Our purpose is to help clients re-calibrate their confidence, self worth, mental clarity, doubt, and overall dissatisfaction in their bodies and lives.
Kylene Law, senior certified Pilates instructor, and the owner of Pilates Studio of Dallas TX has been teaching Pilates since 2005. She is certified through PhysicalMind Institute. She is a full time instructor, and has been blessed to have owned two successful Pilates studios. In addition, she worked at Equinox as their Pilates coordinator in Dallas.
Our designated space is #1. If you cannot find a parking space, there is plenty of parking on the street, and there are spaces on the left of our studio on the street. Please give yourself enough time to park and arrive on time to the studio. All sessions and packages are non-refundable, but can be transferred and used between clients and friends.
New to our studio? Welcome! Three private Pilates sessions where we get to know your body and go over your fitness goals. We cover safety, transitions, and studio etiquette. After the three sessions you will be eligible to enter the small group classes. Private Pilates sessions ensure you'll make progress in your practice.
Every BODY is unique, and works in their own way; from walking and talking, to stretching and playing. This means that a one size fits all approach to fitness will not work for everyone. The approach needs to be custom tailored to each individual so you can get the most out of each session. Your private Pilates sessions will be one-on-one with one of our skilled instructors.

What a treasured find! I moved to Dallas a month ago and one of the goals for myself was to invest in my health while we weather this pandemic. After researching other studios I felt drawn to trying this one. I am so happy that I did. Kylene is incredible; she is authentic and warm and her knowledge and expertise are unsurpassed. She really equips you with an understanding of Pilates and how the different exercises and movements will be of benefit and I'm so excited to see the results of my efforts. I started doing Pilates with Kylene about 6 weeks ago. This experience has been fantastic. I am already seeing results with a stronger core, as well as better balance and flexibility. I chose Kylene because of her reviews and excellent reputation. She’s the best and has made this journey so worthwhile. I am making progress thanks to her efforts with me. I wish Google would let me give more than 5 stars to Pilates Studio of Dallas. The studio is an absolute gem - stunning and spotless. Kylene is an AMAZING instructor with SO much knowledge of the body. Each small class is challenging and different - incorporating the reformer, tower, cadillac, chair, etc. Each time I take a class I walk out feeling lengthened, all muscles worked and relaxed. I really hit the jackpot when I started attending sessions at the studio 18 months ago.

I started doing Pilates with Kylene just 2 months ago after a friend invited me to join her for a session. I’ve been going 2x/week ever since. Kylene is an encouraging instructor, and she tailor made my workout for me as a beginner. Just today she reminded me that I’m now doing a move that I wasn’t able to do just a few weeks ago. Her verbal direction is succinct and descriptive. I highly recommend this taking Pilates with Kylene!

We love this studio and love the passion and confidence Kylene has as an instructor. She really knows how to tune into ones body and knows exactly what course of action she needed to take with me as a beginner. I’ve lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks and I feel better than I ever could have felt going to a regular gym.
The studio is charming and is well appointed with all the extras. She even allows you to bring your pup to pups and Pilates. Thank you Kylene for the continued support!

I recommend EVERYTHING about Pilates Studio of Dallas and Kylene. Kylene is caring, inventive, and motivating. Class is different every session. She has an amazing knowledge of Pilates and what is most effective for each student. Her classes are challenging AND fun. The studio is warm, pristine and well set up for social distancing. A highly effective workout that I highly recommend!

Pilates is great. But Pilates with Kylene is amazing. I walked into her studio and described what I wanted my body to look and feel like and from then on it has been awesome. She knows how to tailor my routine for my body and my results. No session is ever the same, which I absolutely love. My body has been shedding the inches, my flexibility has significantly improved and I’m feeling healthier each and every day. If you want real results and real Pilates...Kylene your girl for sure! There is no one better.

I began taking Pilates to continue my recovery from a hip injury and as a complement to traditional weight training. I was looking for a traditional Pilates studio, as opposed to other methods at chain locations, and could not be more pleased with my experience at Pilates Studio of Dallas and Kylene. She has broad depth of knowledge and experience that allows her to tailor your session to your individual goals as well as a sharp eye for form correction which is critical to any successful Pilates session. She has a great, well equipped studio and fosters an encouraging environment second to none

Kylene is a great instructor! She guides you through a really challenging work out, all while focusing on proper form. I’ve been going to classes twice a week for over a year and have seen huge improvements in my strength and flexibility. She is also very funny and keeps you entertained throughout the session. Definitely an added bonus!
