Services
Pam has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2001, but her interest in fitness began while she was a student at the University of Oklahoma. In 2006 she was certified in the STOTT PILATES Method. As the owner of Premier Pilates Plus, Pam's goal is to provide clients with the most up to date and comprehensive instruction possible.
I have tried other Pilates studios in Dallas and each one seems to follow a series of steps in a relatively set order in each private session or class. Premier Pilates Plus personalizes the work out to address individual needs and body issues, whether a sore back or tight muscles or an imbalance of strength.
