It’s a nice area and maintenance is nice but they’re unprepared I moved in before thanksgiving and I had no hot water for about a week because my apartment had an old boiler, a lightbulb blew out.They’ve compensated a bit for it after I complained but it’s not worth $800 a month. You have to pay for laundry which only takes a special card that costs $5, then you have to pay just to get your clothes cleaned. It’s just not worth the money when I have to do all of this when I used to live in a $400 apartment and everything was perfectly fine and there was free laundry units in the apartments

Need to add more than just my five stars…. I can’t say more toward the woman that work the office. Sarah and Denise are my go to; but everyone in the office has always handled my requests and concerns with dignity and respect. And the maintenance guys, are on point. Johnny is the BEST! No disrespect to the other guys, BUT I always enjoy Johnny coming into my house. I’ll also put the AC guy on point. Sorry I don’t remember your name, but you’ve done great work. Hands down, Cedarwood Village takes care of you!!! Semper Fi!

Communication is top notch the best property manager I’ve ever worked with.
have to say that the staff is quite exceptional. They are friendly and professional. I would also like to add the management team Anya and Dominique are the best.
Any issue or concerns that arise, they are always on top of it until it is resolved. Couldn't ask for. Keep up the good work. Thank you for all that you do.
