They do not make the rent prices clear on twine website. They portray rent as being 550 for the whole 2 bedroom apartment. They fail to mention at all anywhere o their site that it’s 550 per person. They also fail to mention that you have to pay to be able to park there if you rent there. And it’s an extra 50 dollars a month.

Here’s the thing, the apartment experience I had was fine. I really only had two issues while living here and that was maintenance and the washer/dryer situation. For maintenance, they were really slow. My roommate’s bathroom sink didn’t work and it took them about 3 weeks to come fix it after she filled out the complaint online. The washer and dryer is in the basement of each building and if you live on the 3rd floor, sorry. Also, you have to pay for the washer and dryer whereas in other luxury apartments on campus, the washer and dryer are in the unit. However, these aren’t the reasons

This is my second year living here, the units are very close to campus and cheaper than on campus and neighboring off campus apartments. The apartments are behind two sets of doors with individual locks on the bedroom doors. Walls are decently thick and all utilities are included. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Great apartments for college students.

This will be the fourth year that I have lived at envision. I have had no issues and love the complex. It is in a convenient location from campus which is part of the reason I chose it. Another big reason was the price which was much more affordable than other apartments here. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. I would recommend EnVision to those of you looking for apartment living in Akron!

This is my second year living at Envision and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! The staff is so nice and always willing to help you with whatever you need as best as they can. They hold tons of resident events, which give you a chance to meet other residents and sometimes win awesome prizes! I would highly recommend Envision to anyone wanting to live just off of campus at a great price! :)

I’ve lived here for 2 years now, going on 3. Compared to other places, EnVision is convenient, cheaper than all others and has the best placement in regards to noise. Very relaxed environment and great staff that are always happy to help. Great resident events too!!! Roommate matching was on point with my roommate and I and we’re best friends now!
