I have been here 17 years it was a lil rocky till new management came Tracie Steffee is an amazing manager a lot of things are getting much much better new paint new lobby new washers and dryers a new workout and tv sitting room things are looking up it was worth the stay to wait things out the location is very convenient acme gabes whole foods market and lots of resturants in the area and a nice pool in the back for the summer i wouldnt want to live anywere els...and the apartmens are the bigest i have seen in the akron area...this place is a must

My mother has lived at Fairway Towers since 2008. Very secure and safe building, everyone starting with the property manager Tracie Steffee on down are great courteous employees taking care of property and immediately responding to any needs that are requested. Apartments are large homey and comfortable. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

The manager Vicki is a coniving, micromanging, double standard liar. They barely keep up with repairs and god forbid you dont do your walkthrough WITH them. They do everything to make your leave inconvenient and then lie (even illegally) to steal your deposit. Do not waste your time with this horrible place or the crappy management. This place deserves to be run down.
