I hate the way the operate, I was thinking to renew the lease but after my wife's car was towed because she changed the licences plate name, but nobody told her to notified to the office to change the sticker, the car had 4 month like that, so how are we going to know it? the only response is You have to pay $160.00, I understood they have a business with the towing company. For that reason you live there afraid because one day you go out and it will not be where you left it parked.

When you move in they make you sign a paper that states you have no mold or bugs. After a few months the mold and bugs come out. You can't have a motorcycle because people are to ignorant not to park in front of it. You can't open windows because roaches chime in from the Windows. When you ask the office to do a spray to get rid of the bugs they used store bought bombs. I recently needed rental verification for buying a house and they were to incompetent to complete it, when I called to annoy them about it they keep hanging up on me and proceeded to tell me they emailed it over 5 times.
