The staff and Dr. Heck were kind, non-judge mental, and professional. I really appreciate how conservative they are about dental procedures. Performed by our experienced and gentle hygienists, preventive dental cleanings are the best way to keep your teeth and gums healthy. By removing build-up of plaque and tartar, regular cleanings help prevent gum disease and dental decay. We recommend you see our hygienists at least twice a year to keep your smile healthy and beautiful!
Tooth-colored composite fillings have surpassed amalgam silver fillings as the standard of care in treating minor to moderate tooth decay. Composite fillings can also be used to repair cracked or misshaped teeth. The porcelain or composite resin reflects light much in the same way as your natural teeth.
Ideally you should come in for a professional tooth cleaning twice a year. We understand life can get in the way of keeping a regular cleaning schedule, but when you put it off too long your gums suffer. When the gums and bone that support the teeth begin to break down due to a long span between preventative cleanings, a more thorough cleaning and sterilization of the supporting (periodontal) tissues is needed.
Tooth whitening is a safe and very effective way to brighten your smile. This can be accomplished in office in approximately one hour, or at home with special trays at your convenience. Although you can find over the counter whitening products, only professional whitening can give you significant whitening without damaging your teeth.

I love the Drs. Heck, Matthew and Annalisa, as well as their staff. They are friendly, professional, and extremely competent. I always know what is going on and feel comfortable to ask questions when necessary. In the past I've had dentists who were part of a group and I didn't always see the same person through the years. So they varied in personality and competence. I love that this is a small, family business and that they make the effort to create that family environment with their staff and patients. Good people all around.

The people at Smile Creations are AMAZING! Not only have they provided me with phenomenal dental care, they worked with me since I don’t have dental insurance and made it possible to receive care while going through already expensive braces! They were so thorough while cleaning and I left with my teeth so clean and fresh! I am beyond grateful for them! If you need a new dentist, I highly recommend the folks here!

I started going to them 2 years ago. I have had long standing issues with my teeth due to grinding. I was expecting them to recommend yet another ill fitting retainer. I’ve had 7 failed retainers from many past dentists. Instead, I found a great staff. Great dentist. Dixie and Matthew are the best. Dixie is great at cleaning teeth. She also listens and conveys dental issues to Matthew who evaluated and designed a care plan that is NOT just another retainer. Finally a plan that is working phenomenally well. Thank you!

My experience at this dental practice was the best ever. The staff is genuinely professional and warming. Clean and sanitary from A-Z, no exceptions! The staff was gentle but extremely thorough from start to finish providing clear understanding of the procedures being done that day and what I needed to do for future appointments. Do Not go anywhere else for your dental needs. Smile Creations is amazing.

Great husband and wife dental team! They are both competent and compassionate. They also referred me to an equally great periodontist when I needed one.
The hygienist are good, the front desk and back desk people are very nice. The office is very nice and up to date.
I have been going here about 6 years and I really couldn't have better dental care!

I had an issue with my gums and teeth were super sensitive for almost 5 years now, very annoying
When you touch it, eating something cold or brushing your teeth.
Luckily for me God send my way a great client name annalisa to remodel her home and turns out she's also a dentist.
Annalisa is amazing person you can tell it from the first moment you see her.
So I knew that to be treated in her clinic will be a good experience.

Man I love this place! I've been in and out of dentists chairs all of my life thanks to my awesome dental genes. Dr. Matthew Heck is personable, very good at what he does and keeps up with his craft as well as really enjoys it.
When I came to him, I had severe jaw pain and headaches, he fit me with a night guard and my pain and headaches dissipated soon after. Right now they are working on correcting my bite to keep my jaw from future pain. He works closely with my orthodontist and my periodontist, they talk often about my case, never skips a beat. Huge personal accomplishment today. Brand new to the practice. I would have normally rescheduled my cleaning today several times before actually showing up. My hygienist was so great! I had to have a deep periodontal cleaning. I didn't even need numbing. She was fast and gentle. Definitely my best dental experience yet!

From listening to the hungry dinosaur in my Hygienists stomach to talking about past weekend rendezvous of begging the Gelato lady to bring her food truck to my job so everyone can enjoy World's Best Gelato (Dolce Baccio), it's just such a great dental experience!

Wonderful husband and wife dentistry practice with a great team supporting them! My love and I both have had the full and thorough imaging, examination and cleaning. All was done in the most respectful and NONinvasive way, treating you like a human and not a number! B even had some work done involving a drill and came home with a smile in no pain. I went back to have my TMJ examined, everything was explained to me in a non clinical way that was very easy to understand what happened and where we can go from here. I am beyond happy with my choice of dentistry team! I feel like they actually care

Referred by my adult daughter. She knows my phobia of dental work keeps me from routine maintenance and I only go if an emergency. I have said, I would rather give a speech naked than have dental work...but, alas.. old ladies teeth cave if not maintained, like one of mine did today.

Dr. Heck contacted me by phone and email. He also wrote a long letter. I am revising my review based on his continued effort to improve my experience. I do not feel compelled to remove my previous review because it was an honest report of what happened from my perspective. But it's obvious he cares enough to try and correct things.
In Dr. Heck's communication he acknowledged that I was overcharged $91 for X-rays and a check was sent to me for reimbursement. He also said he wouldn't charge me the $21 for fluoride, and said that his staff should have asked for my
