Such a bad experience here. We moved in November of 2020 and in February 2021 my friends had came to visit for not even two hours when her keep was broken into and both iPads, apple pens, a pilot license, sky harbor airport badge, log books, Oakley sunglasses, and her ski jacket was stolen. The iPads location was bringing us to the apartment above us so we called the police and the apartments and set up cameras. Our cameras told us who did it which was the man above us in 422. We caught him on camera of the lady telling him to give the stuff back or he will be going to jail and he told her to be

I've lived here for 3 years, and will probably saying goodbye soon due to rising rent costs. There are pros and cons to living here.
Pros:
- Overall a safe area to live. This was important especially as a female. Nice place to walk around, beautiful neighborhoods.
- Allows all breeds of pets.
- Management handled neighbor complaints appropriately. My downstairs neighbors complained a couple times about my dog running around, but one time they complained when I was out of town with my dog. I politely talked with management and they listened to both sides.
- Fairly quiet, depending on where

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Serena shores was probably one of the worst places I've ever lived at. Their management was terrible, lazy and faker than Michael Jackson's nose. When we moved in the apartment was supposedly just renovated, yet all the light fixtures and towel rods were crooked, and our cabinets and drawers were falling apart. We would call in work orders and they would go weeks before anyone came to fix what we needed. We didn't have a screen on the window that faced our staircase which made us feel extremely unsafe as we were right on the main road. We

This place is a joke. Repairs are not taken serious. It's an all day wait on getting repairs done in the apartment. We moved in the mid-October and there were problems with the apartment, right away. None of this was taken serious, instead they feel the residents should wait all day for them to make the repairs. First they have to open up the pool when it is 50-60 degrees outside in Arizona and they also have to check the grounds prior to fixing any resident's problems. I lived here since August of last year, originally because of convenience of location. It’s centrally located, close to freeways, shopping centers, and the dmv. For most of the time I lived here I didn’t have a car, I was able to walk to the grocery store and a lot of other places conveniently. Over my year we had a few minor maintenance issues, which the staff took care of. In my area my neighbors were cool and quiet, and I’m right by one of the pools. I placed my application on a Thursday and on Saturday before we were even approved I checked out the apartment complex with my fiancee. Moved here in February before the whole lockdown stuff happened. I did everything online since I was moving from out of state. I was assisted by Jamie in the Leasing office and had a great experience.
I wanted a 1st floor apartment and a few options were presented to me with great transparency, once I decided we went for that and submitted an application. I've been here a year and it's decent. Glad I'm on the second floor because I've already had several scorpions so I'm guessing bugs are worse on the first floor. Overall it is nice. Just overpriced like all apartments around here. Overall I feel safe, but there is no gate to the front and the lights are always out around the facility.

Chuck Joyce Heidi and Victor you guys are amazing I love living at this apartment complex anytime anything goes wrong it is fixed in the same day you guys are so friendly so warm so sweet I highly recommend anybody living in this apartment complex. Location location location great swimming pools nice gym monthly activities and dinners .When I was looking for an apartment to live in this one by far is the most spacious huge closets large master large bathroom great flooring quiet!!!!

We currently live here at Serena Shores and we love it here. The staff is amazing and friendly. The property is always looking so clean and beautiful. If we have an issue in our home, it's always taken care of in a timely manner. We are going on 2 years here and plan on staying until we decide to buy a home.

I lived in Serena Shores this past year, and it was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed the location being near a lake and walking trail. It is also walking distance to a grocery store and very close to several shops and popular restaurants. There was always plenty of parking which made it very convenient for visitors. The staff was friendly, and it was nice that the leasing office was open everyday from 8-5. The maintenance requests, however, were sometimes slow to respond often taking about 2+ weeks. Often, we had to call the leasing office to remind them of our request and then it would be handled

This was mine and my family's first time living in an apartment complex and at first I had really mixed feelings about moving here. I have to say this will be one of the most memorable places we have lived! My kids loved living here the lake, beautiful, peaceful and the convenience of the 24/7 pool made the short stay of 7 months exciting, relaxing and fun! My son learned how to fish and gained a new hobby. Not to mentioned the friendly staff. Any issues I ever had were resolved within a timely manner! The woman working in the office was unbelievably rude to me and my roommate. We have submitted multiple maintenance over the past few months which take weeks to get done. The only way any of our requests have been completed is after multiple calls to the front office.
For example, after calling and leaving two messages requesting that someone call me back and let me know when the maintenance work would be done I had to go into the office and state that my now 4 day old maintenance request was now an emergency. At this point I was told that the office does not return calls to their residents!
