Have been a resident of The Trails Apartment Complex for years.
Great Management Staff, just to mention a couple, there would be Sam, Brenda, and Jasmine, always kind courteous and professional .
The Maintenance Team, is always willing to help, and handle your needs as promptly as possible.
Well-maintained pool and spa. I have also been very lucky to have some great neighbors.

Don’t waste your time here. The leasing agents are never there when you call them. I emailed the office manager Sam and I never got a response back. I’ve reached out to them multiple times through phone and they never returned my calls and now I have to pay a prorated amount for extra days when giving my 30 day vacancy notice, that could’ve been avoided if they had been in the office doing their job in the first place. The desk girl, Brenda said it was my problem and they only care about what’s in writing. It’s difficult to go by what’s “in writing” if they’re not in the office

The staff at Pioneer's Meadow is top notch. I had a few issues with the apartment but of course going from a house to an apartment for the 1st time in my life it was kind of a shock. All in all the trails at Pioneer meadows is really a nice place to live. And the neighbors are lovely. I just really want to especially thank the move in staff you guys are wonderful Brenda, Jasmine, Sam.... you all rock.

It's not the money, it's the Principle.
I lived there for 1 year, Oct.20 to Oct.21, and it was pleasant enough, until after I had moved out. I received a letter stating that I owed them money, 54 dollars. I looked over their numbers, and had some questions about some of the charges, so I went to the office for some clarification.
Now, I have Absolutely NO problem paying for Any LEGITIMATE fees that I owe BUT, when someone outright LIES and tries to charge me for something that I KNOW that I turned in, then we have a problem.
When I finally gave the office what I had to, I turned in 2 apt. keys

Yes, so this is coming from a place of anger, right now. But, it has to be said…. I have an email that says I’m going to look at an apartment that is $1525 per month…. I have an appointment! I arrive early for my appointment at 3 o’clock pm. When Jocelyn finally arrives, I’m told that the (1) bedroom apartment that I’ve made the appointment to see, for $1525, is now $1700!!!! In (3) days the apartment has GONE UP BY $300!!!! And Jocelyn tells me, oh yes, those apartments go quickly… NOW, they are $1700!! I took off work to make this appointment. Work that I make excellent money at

I have lived at The Trails for about 7 months now and I can truly say that this is by far, the best apartment complex I have lived at. They are fully transparent about all fees and policies. They answer repair requests in a timely manner. The management team is super friendly. I was having a lot of trouble finding an apartment when I was searching. Brenda, in the office, was extremely helpful in helping me move into a unit in a very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place.
