By far this place is so sad the property manager ANA CHAVEZ not only doesn't care about anyone her employees nor her residences it's beyond sad to have to speak up and say something. However the company running this property HNN community's is a JOKE! I feel beyond bad for the residence that live there. I have soooo much more proof; videos & text and residential statements against Ana n the company itself. I worked there for a very short time. I was so excited to come in n help the community property and staff. After a very short time; I've seen enough. Ana leaves work early

Love the concept, a store right in the complex and strip malls. But it has expensive stuff and often renters here complain after leaving. But I think it is nice inside the units and well maintained. Parking seems iffy for residents

They are decent OK people but they tow cars even after a visitor has only been there for half an hour , I do believe there is something illegal going on between the tow company and the parking lot attendant

I like living here. I've lived here for 12 years and I've not had a terrible time here with prior management, however the new management team helps this place to run a lot more smoothly! These are apartments, so there'll the regular issues with apartment living (in which the management are good about remedying). If you don't want the regular issue that come with apartment living, buy a house.

This place is a great place to live it. Unfortunately i had to move due to my job relocation. But the customer service was good & my work orders were completed by maintenance. I liked the fact they are up on technology. I could pay my rent online, do work orders & they would send text msgs when things were happening on the property such as construction or major repairs. Overall i would recommend & would move back in if my job was closer.

This place is awful. Try getting maintenance to get to your work order. It is like pulling teeth with a pliers. Kids running around unattended in the streets. Its horrible. Trash. OMG. Some days its piled so high you can't get to the dumpster. Ive sent pictures to the health department. Nobody should live like this. We call it Harlem. It's really horrible. they charge you for washer and dryer in unit..but take weeks to come fix them. They don't reply to vms. If you don't have to, don't make this move. You will be paying too much for a slum place to live.

The amenities in the apartments are very nice and modern. But if you are a fan of your safety DONT LIVE HERE! There are a few gangs who hang out here at night. I have been harassed by a high, passer byer in the parking lot.
The pool is disgusting also the dog park is not cleaned often at all.
This is a pricey place for what you get, I suggest going over to the Prominades if you want to get your bucks worth.

In addition to the poor grounds keeping, overflowing trash bins, no access to a grocery store on the grounds, unruly children running in and out of secured building, down halls, and around the property, and finding homeless people sleeping on the stairwells, and temp employees on weekends who don't know Jack, you also have to deal with a surly, belittling, unhelpful, and uninformed office employee named Shannon. They do not come any ruder or nastier, and The Seasons has enough problems trying to improve the overall well-being of the property without having this mean spirited person as a representative

The parking here is horrible. There is not enough. Not only is it a problem for the residents, it is even more so for guests. If you move here you may want to consider that if you plan on having friends or family over.

I really wanted to love this place but 1st impressions are everything! I've driven through the property a few times, requested info online, called a few times. Each time I have been left unimpressed and unanswered!

The pricing for the units are affordable and the in-line floor plan looks to be a decent size. That's where the appeal stops.

Driving through the property it looks worn down, not much order to it, trash thrown on the grounds. Mind you this property isn't that old.

Couldn't get through on the phone, noticed the hours in the voicemail were I think 8am to 7 pm.

This place is so bad, i wouldn't be surprised if half of their dealings were illegal.

Now I wouldn't just make that accusation if I couldn't back it. They have done everything from losing my rent Check..... 3 times..... To lying to my face and then calling the police on me when they were called out.

Bad day #1: They make me report my income every year and when I made good money I was made to up my rent (I checked it's the state maximum that income restricted can charge). What's worse is, I had a friend in the same type of unit, who had been there only 2 years longer

My friend was visiting a relative there and her car was towed in less than half an hour! NO WARNING! Apparently you need a permit to park there and it ended up costing her $300. Someone else who lives there said they pay people to walk around looking for cars to tow. If you visit someone there you might want to park across the street or you may not have a car when you come out. Not a nice place.

Sadly I do not recommend this area to no one! Our family lived here since 2012 and have called/ wrote a complaint that hasn't taken action for all this time living at The Seasons at Lea Hill Village, G-105. Our neighbors upstairs sadly have been unbearable. We are frequently disturbed by noises and haven't been able to sleep or feel at home from 7 A.M. until 3 A.M. It's either the furniture is moving back and forth; doors slide back and forth; someone is banging with objects or jumping. We have went up and knocked once at 3 A.M. and let them know about our trouble dealing with their

Had occasion to visit The Seasons at Lea Hill apartment complex yesterday as we were 'apartment-hunting'. We were assisted by Nahrein who was great at answering all our questions. She showed us a 3-bedroom apartment and then gave us a tour of the facilities/complex. Overall, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the site and the brightness of the apartment shown (2nd. floor unit). Amenities are much to be desired and we especially liked the fact that an in-door (heated) pool was available to tenants. First impressions were great.
