The apartment was nice but the neighbors above me were always loud, parties, company over all the time basically day & night, I could never relax and truly say my apartment was home, to pay 1515 per month and not be able to enjoy your place a true nightmare!!!!.. I pray for the person moving in 3021 Fox Lair Dr #101.... Also they can improve on their trash the property looks bad when trash is everywhere... The staff was Always polite when I needed assistance in the rental office..

I pulled in to complex to turn around and was immediately stared down by an older african american man on a golf cart as if i didn't belong i called there office to complain this incident and one lady told me the manager wasn't in i could leave a voicemail and to call back and she would let it go to to voicemail so i called back and another lady answered she said she was a different person and told me there was no voicemail and no manager was there when got mad at her she put me on speaker where another lady spoke saying she was the assistant manager to the office and was complaining about me getting

Worst place I have lived. Maybe we just got unlucky, but the building we live in is not good at all, mostly because the area is not exactly the most upscale. We have constantly had to deal with noise disturbances and inconsiderate people blasting their music at quiet hours, and not cleaning up after their dogs. It just brings down your quality of life living in a bad area with bad neighbors. Like someone else mentioned, the floors creak really badly. Even though we're top floor it still bugs me and I actually feel bad for the person below me. The leasing office is really nice. I have no complaints

When we first moved into the apartment it smelled like cigarettes. I have A 10 month old baby, which would be second hand smoke to her & I was not happy with that. Management had some painters repaint the whole apartment and that didn’t work. The assistant manager told us that the only solution was to move us to a different unit, which cost more. We had a budget we weren’t trying to pass as well. The other solution was to take all our stuff out & have them repaint again. Then the assistant manager said if we didn’t want to do that, then we could start cooking & have the smell go away, which

These apartments are mold breeding grounds. The rooms may be renovated but the paint only covers up some of the past. Located right next to a police station and fire department. Day and night, you will constantly hear sirens and the road noise from traffic. Some neighbors are old, polite, and considerate. The rest are inconsiderate to their music, especially at night. On several occasions, in the past, individuals would sit in their cars and play music. If you are young and just need a place to stay this is it. Everyone else should rethink else where.
