This fun and energetic class focuses on strengthening and lengthening the small, stabilizer muscles associated with core muscle groups. The class uses props like balls, BOSU's and resistance bands to add instability and challenge your whole body. Dynamic stretching, balance and resistance training are just a few key components.
Mr. Pilates designed this piece to be in "every home and hotel room in America"! The springs integrate into whatever body part addresses them and create instant muscle tone through to one's abdominal muscles. It is a complete workout system or as an adjunct piece to highlight and work on specific imbalances and re-create good alignment.

I have been training on and off for triathlon races for more than 6 years and the entire time I have truly felt that something was "missing" from my workouts and training. After 4 weeks of classes at Vibrant Pilates I am 100% convinced that Pilates was EXACTLY what I have been missing. The workouts are challenging mentally and physically but it is so engaging because you are learning new things about your body and how it works every step of the way. I trained with Nicole in conjunction with my Ironman training. She listened to me, knew my workout regimen, and helped me to succeed across the finish line without injury. She is so in tune with the body, she seems to know what you need as an athlete more than you do! I love working out with her, and highly reccomend pilates for any level of athlete.

Beginners need not fear! Talk to Nicole about what your level is and what you aim to do, and she will give you custom training and recommend which classes with which you should begin. Workouts are effective and fun, with plenty of humor built in. She also offers private lessons and a flexible schedule.
Friendly staff and the class sizes are small, so you get the benefit of individual instruction.
