Trinity Pilates
PILATES is an exercise system that incorporates the mind-body principles including core strengthening, increased flexibility and release work (relaxing tight parts of the body which limit movement). During this mind-body workout, clients will partake in exercises that will challenge the individual level of the client while maintaining proper form.

Created in the 1900's by Joseph Pilates, this workout system was initially developed to help rehabilitate soldiers in Germany. After much success, Joseph Pilates then brought his Pilates program to the New York dance community in 1926. Now, PILATES is used in a variety of locations, from gyms to hospitals, to improve health and overall well being of those looking to increase energy, reduce body fat, and improve posture.

I cannot say enough good things about Trinity Pilates! Tuesday was my first time to try Pilates and also my first time to work out in way too long! I am perfectly sore today but not in pain. I have never enjoyed a class as much as I did this one. The studio is clean, cute and such a comfortable environment. Ashley is an amazing teacher and I was able to understand what to do easily without worrying the whole time if I was doing something wrong. I truly enjoyed the whole experience and felt so at ease even though I was totally out of my element! If I could I would go everyday... can't wait to get

Let me just start by saying I love working out here! I have been doing reformer pilates here for over 2 years and I am hooked! Ashley works with all skill levels and is able to make accommodations for those who have previous injuries from other types of workouts. They also offer Barre and surfset which are such fun workouts!

Customer service and satisfaction~Poor
This was my first experience using a reformer and participating in Pilates classes. The class instructors were knowledgeable and provided a good work out. However, I question the business model and handling of money at this location. The website and scheduling system was cumbersome and required way too much time on behalf of the client. The owner/main instructor was happy to take prepayment for classes but then changed the system and instituted a 90-day time limit for scheduling classes. I needed weekend classes and due to the first come, first served (online
