Stephen is a native "Marbleheader" and a graduate from Emerson College with a BS in Mass Communication. A life-long entrepreneur, Bach started The Digital Docs in 2005 to solve computer problems, and bring sanity and peace of mind to thousands of frustrated users, who are tired of reading the latest "Computers for Dummies" books, or downloading yet another never-ending Microsoft upgrade.

TWO times now The Digital Docs have helped me resolve issues remotely - once with an older Macbook Pro and once with a damaged external hard drive that contains hundreds of photos that I transferred from my iphone and feared lost!

I live in Ontario, Canada and was told about the Digital Docs through some American friends who utilize their services. The Digital Docs were able to help me with my computer issue remotely (so cool!) and fixed the issue I was having with my computer quickly and efficiently. Can't say enough good things about them!!

Can not recommend The Digital Docs enough. They fixed my broken monitor on my Macbook Pro for half the price that I was quoted by Apple. I dropped it off at 9:30 AM and received an email saying it was ready for pickup at 10:45. They are the absolute best and we are so lucky to have them in town! 100% recommend to all.

I had a cpu with bent prongs and had called around, but nobody was willing to help, until i called here. Adam was able to bend the prongs back to straight with very high percision and i had a really positive experience talking to them there. Everyone was really nice and it was great to have some positivity in my personal crisis. Unfortunately i had other errors with my system and still have to get the parts replaced. But because the cpu is in such better condition i should be able to see if the manufacturer will be willing to take it back. Anyways these guys are great and i highly reccomend them

Stephen at Digital Docs kept a confirmed lemon 2016 Dell Inspiron running long past expectations. Last week the laptop finally died beyond resurrection = the lithium battery melted down - literally melted down - of all the annoying Windows 10 pop up messages you would think "battery seizing temp alert, power off now" might be a noteworthy addition. So i bought a new laptop within hours and Lee worked with me to help ensure that Stephen re-loaded the backed up desktop, files, apps, etc. They called me when i got back to my desk for a remote session to tweak some settings and were thoughtful

I had a nightmare experience with my laptop. I was very frustrated and upset about the state of things. Justin agreed to fix the problems for me within three days. I really needed my machine back, but agreed. The next morning he called to say it was done and back to normal.

I went there to have a small electronics job done as I live close by. The woman working the front counter was super helpful and friendly. Sadly the issue was with the owner. He was rude, grumpy and abrupt. He begrudgingly quoted me 5 times what I inevitably paid to have it fixed at The Tech Center at the Liberty Tree Mall, while I waited. I wouldn't go back to Digital Docs again. It was a such a poor experience that I felt the need to post it.

I commute from Salem to Marblehead daily and for some reason "forget" to bring my laptop power adapter on occasion. That happened this AM and I called The Digital Docs. Steven hooked me up with the right adapter in about 1 minute for 10bucks. Now I can leave one at home and one in the office. Thank you!!!!

I live in Italy, couldn't find anyone that could fix my laptop without breaking something else, or erasing all my files. I had heard of the Docs. through a friend and sent him a quicky messege out of curiosity......WOW, he fixed my computer in ITALY from MARBLEHEAD in about 20 minutes!!!!! It's never worked better! I would reccomend them to any one and any where!!!!! I couldn't be happier!

I have used the digital docs three times and will never go there again. Every time I have been into the shop I have been made to feel like I was in the way and not a valued customer. The owner Stephen has a very rude demeanor and even hung up on me once when I expressed that I was annoyed that he had charged me for service without first giving me a quote for the work. Very disappointing.

Pompous, impatient and rude are some of the adjectives to describe this company. Did not get the job done and would not listen to reason. Quintessential bad customer service. Clearly think they are the smartest people in the room and do not have the patience for us little people. Do not recommend them.
