Went to the Tech center at the suggestion of Verizon in Danvers. I wanted to retrieve data from my old S4 which had completely died. Unfortunately, the phone is beyond repair. The technician went above and beyond in his effort to repair the phone and didn't charge me a cent. He did suggest a recovery service which I will pursue. I recommend The Tech Center without a doubt.

Amazing , cheap work, just wish they’d clean the screen when they were done. I’ve been here twice, once for my shattered screen and a battery replacement and these guys are wizards, they get the work done wicked fast and for a very little price. I'm so delighted with the excellent service I got from Garrick at The Tech Center today! He's got the magic touch! I had been having a lot of trouble charging my Samsung Galaxy 8 smartphone for months & months with many different C cables; so I thought that its charging port was defective. I had been told that the port might be dirty, though & had tried to clean it. 2 other techies also tried to clean it - to no avail. Garrick quickly examined the port, saw the problem & cleaned it. Now my charging cables snap into place completely & securely charge the phone without

Brought my iPhone in after dropping it in water.
Put it in a bag of rice overnight before reading not to do that! Anyway, I had rice in my charging port.
Got the rice out but it wouldn't charge. Dead.
Brought it here waiting to hear I need a new phone but instead replaced my screen and recommended a battery. $127 & 45 min later and my phone is like new..

I'd never go back to these people again my daughter cracked her iPad they charged me 100 to fix the screen which is reasonable how ever she cracked it a second time this time I send it to a guy I know repair shop and he showed me the inside of my daughters iPad behind the screen these people never put any of the plates back they just dummied it up and charged me up it was missing a lot of material behind the screen!!!!! I'd give zero stars but that's not possible so they get one!! Be careful going to these people they are doing half the job and you will never know !! Very unprofessional

This is a great place to get your iPhone, iPad, etc. repaired. My iPhone 7 camera lens cracked and I could not take photos with my phone. I brought it to The Tech Center and they told me they could fix it but needed to order the parts. In less than a week I got a call telling me the parts were in.
A few days later I stopped by and they repaired it within 30 minutes. Andy was an excellent technician and offered great customer service. Highly recommend this place!

I had to replace my iPhone screen so I watched You tube videos and it looked doable. Bought the screen online and tried. End up not finishing and a dead phone with a broken cable inside. Spent an hour and no working phone.
Went to the Tech Center in the food court at the liberty tree mall. They fixed my phone, new cable and finished the screen install, checked the phone functions. The price was under a $100 total. They really saved my butt on this.
Recommend them and I also recommend you NOT try to fix your phone, it is not easy.
