My MacBook Pro laptop screen broke and I was really anxious because I needed it for work. I'm so glad I found geeks in minutes because the repair work they did on my laptop was stellar. I was also a bit nervous about losing the high def/retina, but the new screen was perfect and maintained the high-def . The pricing was beyond reasonable, considering that this was a MacBook, and I feel it was very fair! Don't go here, trust me, these guys don't care and are super rude. I took an iPhone there for a simple cracked screen, they insisted they only used apple parts before I agreed to have them fix it. The screen they put on is foggy and hard to see, I brought the phone back to the Verizon store and they confirmed the screen they used was junk and not even put on right. I went back to these guys hoping they would just fix it. So I installed a home security system, a retail one, not professional, and I couldn't get it to work where I could see the cameras from my cell phone. I tried the support page, friends, no one could help. I called the 'geeks' and scheduled an appointment.
They said they'd be at my house at 10:30 and, at 10:30 they showed. My geek tech John was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. As he was looking over my system he explained everything and why I couldn't get it to work. Within 15 minutes it worked. Thank you John!!!

This is an update on a prior review : Geeks has replaced my IPhone with the same model phone . I agreed to pay $ 50.00, they paid the remainder and everything is now settled .

Excellent! I needed to have my daughter's IPAD Mini screen repaired dropped with a badly cracked screen and a dent on the edge of the unit. I met Kevin that day bringing this in and he was super nice and helpful. I got a call the following day early afternoon noting the repair was complete. Looked and worked like brand new!! Excellent job fixing the screen with a replacement and ironing out the dent. I would recommend without hesitation!!

Ignore the bad reviews. I have taken a few iPhones in to this place for repairs and they did a fast and professional job of repairing them.

This place is great! I brought in my water damaged Mac after the Apple Store referred them to me. They told me that they could clean the logic board and replace the keyboard for a lot less than Apple. I got my Mac back in three daysand it's running is good as new. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody in the same situation as me. They really saved me a lot of time and money

The guy who works there is super nice and very knowledgeable. He seemed to know what was wrong with my laptop right away, told me to come back in 30 minutes, and it was fixed! He's fast and nice, I'll definitely be back when I inevitably break something else.

I went to the North Andover location with a broken PlayStation 4, and Ryan was excellent. I was reluctant to spend $80 for them to look at it, and then find out it could not be fixed. Ryan took a quick look and advised me the prognosis was not good. He did not try to sell me a futile repair service. I really appreciated his honesty. I would go back to him for future repair service without hesitation.

Geeks in a Minute on Bridge St gets a complete thumbs down.
I took my son's Xbox 360 in for repairs over a week ago.
When I called them to check on progress, they told me they had to order a cd drive and told me it would be in the middle of the week, which was two days ago.
I called them today and was told they have not had time to look at it because they have been busy.
Not what I want to hear from a service provider.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. One of the workers was extremely rude, had an attitude the whole time. Bring your money somewhere else!!!!

About 2 weeks ago my laptop crashed and along with it a very important project that had not been backed up ( i know ....shame on me for that)...but kevin(?) and Ryan saved the day...they saved all my data, backed it up, reinstalled the operating system and it runs better than it did before!!! Thanks Guys!!!!!

Bring my game console to get it fix . Take forever to fix it but can't fix it in the end . The worst part is still charge me for the labor but couldnt find anything wrong with it or fix it. Pay money for nothing to be don3. Unprofessional bussiness . I bring it somewhere else afterward it was fix in 2 hour. So disappointed. I can't believe I am paying for nothing to be done. Never go there again.

Friendly and efficient. Brought and ipod in for repair, low price to fixed estimated problem. Unfortunately it was damaged more than could repaired, but let me know what was going on right away. Would go back next time I have a problem.
