Services
Applications must be filled out completely by all parties 18 years of age and older, signed and fee paid before being processed. If there is more than one applicant for a property, all applications must be submitted before processing will begin. A non-refundable application fee is required in order to begin processing of a rental application.
Once the work order is in, you will be contacted by the appropriate service vendor within 1 business day. You have the option to pay your rent online. Please read all instructions carefully. Please be aware that there are additional charges for this service. The online payment site is encrypted and secure; however, it is managed by an outside vendor so we do not offer refunds or discounts for any fees associated with online payment.
The application fee is $30 per adult. Each adult that plans to live at the property you are applying for must apply individually. We cannot accept couple's applications. We do not allow subleasing at any of our properties. Please review the rental requirements before applying as the application fee is non-refundable.

RENTERS BEWARE!
I rented a small 2 bed home this company managed for 4 years. Initially the service and everything was good, the agent that showed us the place and managed our account even told us that we could paint the egg yolk yellow kitchen gray after getting the owners permission. In winter sometimes our heater would break and instead of ever getting it replaced we would just have to have an HVAC company come work on it and hope it would not die again a week later. But in that four years all in all they were ok I would give them 3 stars for time we lived there, 4 stars for the beginning process

Be very careful on your move out survey. Make sure you are there to be a witness. They charged me 13.13 hours for cleaning, when it was already cleaned. Maybe some touch ups for 3-4 hours, but not 13. Also, the cleaners noted pet hair all over. I have never owned a pet and I'm not sure what they were seeing. I also mentioned many times about a dangerous tree and needed to be cut down. It was only trimmed and it fell down in the backyard. Luckily my kids were not back there. I’ve rented through Prestige for a year and a half and I love working with them! We had a few issues when we first moved into our apartment and they took care of everything as quickly as possible and replaced our broken fridge promptly so we would be comfortable in our place when we first moved in. Any issues or questions I have had, the team makes sure to answer and help me out as much as possible. The apartment is great and I would recommend renting through them to anyone!

Had a previous property manager that was hard to reach and never really gave me the time of day. After doing some research I found Prestige and am glad I did. They are easy to work with. My tenant left and I needed to get repairs done before a new tenant moved in. Their bargaining power and operation got this house ready to go in under a month. I’m talking yard work, appliance repairs, full paint, all new flooring and more. They’re great.

This company is in the business of charging a high deposit so they can keep it all to upgrade the place even if you're a model tenant.
keeping your deposit isn't enough for these morally bankrupt crooks, they want to deny you the right to patch a small nail hole (turns out that's illegal) so they can charge $50 per hour meaning you will owe them when you part ways.

DO NOT EVER LEASE THROUGH PRESTIGE PROP MANAGEMENT. I wish I read the reviews BEFORE applying and paying the fee, but I am glad I did before signing a lease!. All the reviews on here are 100% accurate. You call, they text back(if you're lucky to get a response). And the office manager is the worst one there, AmyBeth. Among other issues they ran my credit and background check and came back saying I have no credit and must put first month, last month and deposit down if we wanted the place and it felt like a total scam because I do have credit and a great credit score. The gal that showed up late with 20 people waiting to see the appartment was late, rude, dismissive and lacked basic knowledge to do her job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL She snapped at people and was for lack of of a better description WAS CLUELESS! so glad i did not give her my personal information as the entire experience made me feel sketchy.

This company is poorly managed with employees who are not only clueless, but also extremely rude to potential tenants.
Organizing an open house for a townhome where 15 people show up at the same time is disorganized and shows lazy effort in the employees. Open houses work, but you have to organize the open house with smaller groups showing up at different time intervals.
A realtor not knowing information about the property to answer questions is shocking. Send a realtor to the open house that knows the facts to basic questions about the property for rent.

Didn't answer the phones on a property and didn't even call back after my husband left a voicemail. Real professional. They texted back but weren't accommodating at all. Said they was a showing next day, which was in the middle of the day on a work week. Totally not accommodating to us that work full time and can't just leave work. Then texted us again to say it was leased. If you want good tenants who can afford to live at your properties then maybe be more respondent and more accommodating and have a showing on a weekend. This is the worst property management company I have ever been with. My partner and I have lived in our townhome at Village de Chaton in Boise for two years and were personally accepted to live here by the owner of the property who we have met in person. We never had any issues until our lease was bought out by Prestige Property Management. If I could give Prestige zero stars I would. Do NOT rent from this company. They showed up at the house I was renting without notice multiple times, took over 8 months to fix a broken garage door, 6 months to repair a broken dishwasher (it was only fixed after I withheld money from my rent),canceled my automatic rent payments then charged me late fees, sent landscapers to the property at 6:30 am on a weekends without notification, and that was before our problems moving out. PPM has taken care of two of my rental properties and they've done a fantastic job. When I hired them it was because I was moving out of state and needed to rent my current home. I'd briefly been a self managing land lord and found it to be extremely stressful so I really wasn't looking forward to renting again. Miste and her team took care of everything for me. Every repair was done well and quickly, and at a reasonable rate. They even helped get my house ready for sale when I was ready to let it go. I didn't have to do ANYTHING. It was amazing. Wow. What an awful experience I just had. This company seemed nice and professional at first. My family is in the process of relocating from California to Boise, and as if that wasn't stressful enough, I tried for 3 1/2 hours to apply for a home through their online system yesterday. Filling it out and submitting it, over and over again, and nothing. Calling, emailing, and having a staff member on the phone, go through the process with me and make sure that I was doing everything I could on my end, because I didn't wanna lose out on a perfect little home for us to start our new lives

In the 8 years I have been renting, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. We moved in expecting to be scheduled a walk through with the company. Our walk through wasn't performed for at least a week after we had completely moved in and it was obvious that nothing was cleaned before we moved in. There was still dust on the ceiling fans, the carpet was dirty, my feet were BLACK from walking across the kitchen floor, multiple lights were burned out, and at least 3 electrical outlets didn't work. This place is horrible. I agree with the other review. They never answer their phones! After closing our lease with this rental company they charged us beyond our deposit for damage and cleaning. I spent the last 2 weeks of our lease cleaning that house from floor to ceiling. After we were noticed that on top of our damage deposit that we owe more money I asked them to give me a detailed list of what was actually cleaned and repaired. They never responded to my email. Instead they kept sending us notices that we need to pay them or legal actions will be taken. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I have
