What a fantastic agent! My car has been in the shop for a very extended period of time. The time I had for insurance to cover my rental had expired. She called around car rental companies to find me the best deal she could, and she did not disappoint. On top of that she found a rental place close to where I had to return the other rental, which made the transition even easier. I called to understand why my cost for car insurance shot up. They were completely unwilling to help me with my account changes and expressed zero care about my frustration. The only reason I used their services was because my parents are long time customers. I happily change my insurance to Geico, had excellent customer service and even got a lower rate. Once my condo insurance is expiring, I will also move that to Geico.
Gleason is good if you are elderly and want to be taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor and use an insurance provider more in touch with the modern world of business.

I have been a customer of this branch of State farm for six years. I have had to file only one claim with them for a minor car accident. I had no problems at all with the claim. I have both renters and auto insurance with this State Farm branch and when it comes to savings every instance I have gone to them asking about savings or discounts I received them with no hassle. I've been with the Judy Gleason State Farm agency since 1988 and I have always had nothing but great service, great rates, and wonderful customer service from whomever I speak to when I call.
