By far one of the best communities to live in. The Management and Grounds Team are beyond awesome. They treat you like a friend and not just a pay check tenant. The complex is well kept and is very beautiful. You also get to enjoy a beautiful private beach and they are also boat friendly! Everyone in the community is fun and friendly. By FAR the BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!!

Do not waste your time with this place. Property manager is extremely rude and nasty. Will never help you with any issues and even parks in the handicapped space taking up space for the real handicapped neighbors. This shows you the lack of integrity and respect for handicapped individuals. Someone tell Janet she is not better than the neighbors and to park in a regular spot. There are better places with better staff in boynton beach!

I am so grateful to have found the “Hidden Gem of Boynton Beach”. All of Manatee Bay Apartments are nice but if you are lucky enough to get one with an Intracoastal view as I have, then you have truly found a gem! I love the fact that I can look out my window or walk a few steps outside to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the beach. It was definitely the location of this apartment (intracoastal view) that sold me. I was not expecting anything spectacular in terms of the inside of the apartment itself because I got one in phase one which I think was built in 2003. However, I must say the maintenance

What a wonderful place to want to live, however after viewing the roach infested apartment my close friend lives in, I will pass on moving there. To bad I can't get my application fee back! They already have terrible reviews and my friend told me management could careless. She is moving out as well. I would pay not to live there. You have to bug them to get rid of the bugs! lol

Nothing like having paradise in your own backyard. Love walking out my front door and smelling the salty air. Maintenance team is always helpful and comes out pretty fast to fix any issues. The fact that we have our own private beach, salt water pool and monthly community activities was enough to have me renew my lease for the 3rd time. We love living here.

Great place to live. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. They even live in the community, which says a lot. We have a great group of friends here that are closer than family. The view in the morning is amazing from the pier and the beach is always maintained. Best place I've ever lived. Thank you Liz... 😁
