Services
Our founders, Domenico Gambone and Frank Manze, met while employed at Borzillo's Bakery in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The bakery was established to produce and distribute quality bakery products for wholoesalers and retailers. More than succeeding, the bakery continued supplying the area with its fresh products - including a storefront shop to offer breads, pastries, and pastas to its new family of customers.
Similar to a steak roll but with a harder crust for those who like a sandwich that bites back! The ingredient information for our products provided on our website is for information purposes only and is based entirely on the information provided to us by our ingredient manufacturers and suppliers.

Baked goods were ok and reasonable but counter staff is unfriendly. I always felt like I was disturbing their break or something.

This is an honest review from a non-local, ex-New Yorker in the area (we know our breads):
THE BREAD: I ordered a split top french bread. Pretty standard, looked ok upon buying. I get home for further examination....
-ZERO crust on this bread. Its so squishy I could use it as a sponge to wash my dishes. There is ZERO flavor. I am not even sure if they put salt in their dough. The flour is generic and tastes like I am eating wonder bread.
THE TOMATO PIE: Now.. I grew up in Utica NY which is the original location of the tomato pie. Their version is what I expect, a watered-down mass produced awful

By far the most delicious tomato pie I’ve tasted in the 6 years living in Pennsylvania! So good, my mouth is watering just thinking about the sweetness of sauce and the dough is unbelievable!! 100% a fan of this bakery and the bread 🥖 rolls are amazing & the round loaves too!! Love all the carbs they bake

Raw tomato pie, musty uncooked and mushy sfogliatelle and less than subpar cannoli. Absolute disappointment. Made a special trip for nothing. Very unhappy. Staff nice. Food horrible. I tried to upload my photos but they went directly to google maps instead of this review. All layers of the tomato pie were raw and it was just a shock since they’re known for their pie. The sfogliatelle seemed like they’d been defrosted and half baked and definitely stale. Really poor experience although young woman waiting on us was nice.

A local gem that holds it's own against any bakery.. even in the city. First comes the bread and the rolls after all it's a bakery! The smell/taste/crunch and it rips just right. Even the bagels un-perfectly round and fluffy.. put any Whole Foods to shame. Nothing like a fresh roll for a few cents after a night of drinking for the walk home huh?. coming out of Bobby's Burgers or whatever they call it these days right next door. Oh and their eclairs are second to none..enjoy this authentic Conshy (Cunshee) landmark. I hope it's here long after the yuppies move on!! This place is Conshy ...respect

I crossed half town to get here, but the entrance looked so poor and dirty I just turned around and went home. And their sign looks like it remembers the times of FDR's presidency. This is not how you do business.
