When I first moved here back in 2019, the old property management company was the best. They were very on top of things. Now, I’m beginning to STRONGLY DISLIKE it here. If I could give -5 stars I would. I have to call NUMEROUS times in order for my work orders to be completed. Absolutely terrible. I’ve had a clogged toilet for 2 days now. When I called, the lady that answered the phone says to me “didn’t you just call and speak to someone else” which I didn’t. But that doesn’t matter. You confirmed you had my work order all for me to come home and still have a clogged toilet. They

I moved into a different unit on the property, there were some problems that immediately were taken care of. Maintenance was friendly (not over friendly) and did their job to the best of their ability. I am pleased with the service I received at Bridgeport apartments.

Unfortunately I never got to experience how awesome the apartment complex is because my 1:30 appointment was ignored as I stood outside the locked door knocking. Still sitting here in hopes to get a glimpse of someone but it is well after my appointment time and I can't sit here forever. One last knock......I pray my eyes are playing tricks on me if not I just saw someone dodge into one of the offices and continued to ignore my knocking. Ok I'm gone.

I know we have been in a pandemic, but even before the pandemic I believe Bridgeport could do more things for the tenants. Example, end of year pool party, school supply give always, kids Christmas bags. It just seems like a place to live, not a community home. I have been here over 3 years and I know this could be better, because I lived at a property where the staff cared enough to suggest and do these things.

I have been here about 3 months so far and have not had any issues or problems. I cannot speak for the future though. I do believe that where your physically placed in the complex makes a difference as well to whether or not if you'll be happy, and I can honestly say that I'm very happy with my placement. I have two kids and there are a few other kids in the same age range that they get along great with and that makes a difference so. My only negative comment is that not all units are updated with the newer counters and appli and I have one of the outdated ones and no its not bad or anything by
