Here at Mission Electric, we've always been fans of alternative, sustainable transportation. Living in New England, it isn't always possible to walk or take public transportation to meet all of your daily needs. Most often, people hop in their cars to commute to work, buy groceries, or explore beautiful neighboring towns.
We think there's a better way of living here in New England and of moving around our cities: e-bikes! E-bikes let you pedal as much as you want to, but give you the support you need when traveling up steep hills, commuting long distances, or hauling heavy cargo. So yes, e-bikes are an affordable, sustainable car alternative (no more gas, insurance, or car tax!).

I am so glad that I found this shop when I was thinking about getting an ebike. Tyler answered all my questions, knowing that I wasn't committed to buying. He suggested a folding bike, since I have a small apartment and that 's where my bikes live. After taking a Tern Vektron on a test ride, I knew that it was the right model for me. When I picked up the bike, Tyler spent a good hour going over it with me and answering even more questions. I've never gotten this level or service anywhere else before. Definitely recommended.

I recently bought a family cargo bike from Mission Electric and had a great experience. Tyler was really helpful to me, and his knowledge about and passion for the bikes he sells really comes through. He explained everything clearly, gave our family lots of time to try out the product, and was generally helpful and flexible. I suspect this isn't the last bike we'll buy from Tyler.

The owner/operator Tyler is first class; personable, knowledgeable and doesn't in anyway push customers to buy. I'm an avid cycler and have been looking at eBikes for several years. A friend steered me to this shop. Tyler carries only the top of the line, reliable eBikes. I finally purchased a Gazelle Ultimate T10+. ....Wow, I love this bike. Every detail reeks of attention, thoughtfulness and craftsmanship. It is built rock solid, but rides like a dream, even with no battery assistance.
You would not regret patronizing this shop, nor would you regret buying this bike....fantastic!

I am not accustomed to writing reviews for businesses, but Mission Electric deserves an exception. An exception in all sense of the word: Tyler operates an absolutely first rate business; he listens to the customer, doesn't push any product, is considerate, thoughtful and responsive in every aspect of the purchase and delivery. Seldom have I been so impressed by such 'customer service'. If you're in the market for an electric bike, you'll not find a better experience or product.

My partner got an ebike last year after contacting different bike shops throughout 4 New-England states and essentially gave up on finding a shop that had substantial knowledge of ebikes or decent customer service, so I was nervous when I started doing my own ebike shopping. I found the ebike I wanted after doing a LOT of research online, and found that Mission Electric was one of the closest dealers for the bike I wanted (Gazelle brand).

Last spring I shopped for a new ebike at Mission Electric. Tyler was very helpful and set me up for test rides on several Riese & Müller E bikes. He encouraged me to take good long rides around the city and a nearby bike trails. I ended up buying a bike that I’m very happy with. Tyler’s after purchase support has been excellent as well.
