Excellent service, friendly and professional. You definitely pay the retail rate but it’s always worth it in the long run. Top of the line components, thorough inspection, meticulous workmanship. I’ve bought bikes and had bikes repaired and serviced here since 2009.
This time I had a plethora of repairs- plus components for my new (used) GT Transeo. I brought two bikes in yesterday for tune up and repair and I was shocked that they were all ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. The best part was the service. My bikes were thoroughly inspected in front of me. I was instructed what needed repair. I was told about different options so that I could choose what fit best in my budget. Every question I had was answered in a kind friendly manner. They care about doing a great job. I would strongly recommend them to my family and friends.
