This place has been our home for the past two years, my husband and i really loved the place and their staff.Sean the manager and the other lady (forgot her name) are very kind,always ready to help.Maintenance people are always on time. only issue is the rate increment especially during this period to have your rent increased with 388$ is ridiculous .

The apartments are spacious! The 2 bed/2 bath have an actual laundry room! Master bedroom is huge with great closet space. Storage on the balcony. For an apartment, you can really make a home a here. The grounds and amenities are kept clean. My mother had a need for a grab bar in the shower and when it couldn't be installed safely, they went above and beyond to find, "what will work". The cabana room is gorgeous and I have thrown some nice parties in there. We have to move on from Serra Vista soon. But I will suggest Serra Vista to anyone looking for an apartment in that area. I just moved out after living here for 2 years. Fantastic staff (thank you Tez and Sean!). Very quiet - I lived 1.5 years with a baby next door and never heard a cry. Great pet policy and the grounds are cleaned up daily! I could not say enough good things about this place. It was hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in.

I toured Serra Vista and was not impressed. The first big red flag is that the leasing office is bright and decked out, but all the apartments are dreary and dark. The area surrounding the apartments is also not good and felt sketchy.
Tez, the assistant manager, was rude to current tenants. She barked at them to move their bike from the middle of the walkway. If I were a tenant, I would have been treated that way and I do not want that.
Additionally, all one bedroom apartments at Serra Vista have an exposed water heater in the bedroom closet. It looks absolutely terrible. The patios do not allow

I've lived here for a year and half and have had NOTHING BUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCES with the staff! They are kind, respectful, responsive, considerate and forward thinking with the residents' interests in mind.
Apartments are great too! Good condition, warm during the winter, and the staff even offered to shampoo the carpets couple months back, so they maintain the quality of the apartments. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

Serra Vista has been great to us over the past 3 years. We recently decided we needed more space and instead of having to move management is working with us to move to a different unit with more space that is still very affordable. management definitely has there up and downs but what human doesn't, i think they are great.parking may be bad at times but if you are that concerned you can pay for a covered spot for only 35$ a month. I think this place may have gone down hill a little with the transition of new management but as far as i can tell with the new renovations and time passing the management
