The West Valley Vision Center consists of staff Optometrists that provide the highest quality eye care services including routine eye exams, vision exams, eye health testing, the detection and treatment of eye disorders and eye diseases. The objective of our examination is to prevent blindness or serious vision loss and increase the quality of a patients life by using the most advanced equipment and technology.
The autorefractor is an instrument used to create a baseline prescription by sending light through the patient's eye and measuring the changes. The ClearPath will noninvasively determine the patients risk for diabetes seven years before complications present based off of a lifetime accumulation of glucose on the back of the crystalline lens.
Our office accepts cash, CareCredit, and all major debit and credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. All of the above plans can be used for all your eye care and eyewear needs, including eyeglasses, contact lenses, routine office visits and medical office visits. Vision insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your vision care.
The West Valley Vision Center provides the finest collections of eyewear products in for every lifestyle. You will find the latest in fashion, color and materials together with exclusive designer creations. All of our eyewear comes with a one or two year warranty. If a frame is defective or damaged beyond normal wear, we will replace it at no cost to you.

I have been a patient of Dr. B Wilson and Dr. S Burson of West Valley Vision since 1999 when they were originally located on Van Buren & Litchfield. These two doctors are the absolute BEST! They know me by name and use my history to help me make the best decisions regarding my eye care. As you enter this beautiful office, you are greeted by Chris and her professional staff to assist you with scheduling, pre-eye exam assessments and picking out the best look for your eye wear. During a couple of years (when insurance changed), I visited the other eye professionals. Trust me, there is NO COMPARISON

I was in need of new glasses and contacts, but my prescription was outdated. Decided on West Valley Vision mosly due to location. Friendly/professional staff made me feel at ease! Couldn't believe I was in and out in just 45mins, especially as a new patient. Best experience I've had at any vision center.

From the moment I stepped in the office to the selection of my new frames, the customer service was beyond service. A true customer experience! As a side note, the designer frames are true designer luxury! One of the best selections in stock in the valley. The staff knows how to make you look amazing too!

I had a really good visit to have my vision checked. The experience was great, a receptionist checked me in, I was about 30 minutes early, so I expected a wait, walked outside to get a pen from my truck, got back, my technician was waiting for me. She checked out my eyes on several machines, took pictures of each eye, quickly while explaining what she was doing. In no time did she rush but she was quick. She then took me to another examination room and said the Doctor would be in, in a couple of minutes. The doctor arrived and she went through her paces. She seemed really honest and offered advice

I’m been going to Dr. Wilson at West Valley Vision for over 20 years and he is the best! He is thorough, professional and kind. I never feel like just a number. The entire staff is great - efficient, friendly and professional. Special mention and kudos to Jackie who administered the testing, she was very sweet and patient with me (I kept wanting to blink) and to Emily D. who helped me select my new pair of glasses. We have been regular patients for 5 years and will never be back! They called us twice before our appointments to remind us of their mask policy, they also have a recording notification that they only accept patients with appointments! We had appointments and were waiting to be seen when two men one with his nose out of the mask, another with the mask completely hanging off his face walked in. Customer service was excellent. Time management was superb. They do not waste your time. Was called right away upon arriving, and while waiting for my eyes to dilate, they took me to the front to pick out my glasses. What would have taken 90 min. Took 60 and they were able to accommodate my next medical appointment. Than you all who helped and made the experience great. The doctor was also very helpful and knowledgeable and courteous!!!
