Phoenix Fitness & Yoga
Phoenix Fitness and Yoga aims to help busy women grow stronger, ease stress, and ditch excuses so they can feel less overwhelmed, prioritize themselves (yes, YOU come first at our studio), and commit to a fitness routine for life. We strive to create a fun, supportive space for women to practice yoga and other forms of exercise.

We offer Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Sculpt, HIIT and other fitness classes to suit our members of all abilities. You'll be more than a member to us; we'll learn your name right away, understand your goals, and welcome you into our community with open arms. We love to spice things up with creative classes that offer different themes and focus areas to make fitness fun.
Services
The studio name Phoenix Fitness and Yoga is inspired by the Phoenix bird which in Greek mythology lives for hundreds of years, dies in the fire, and is reborn from its own ashes. It emerges from the flames as a stronger, more beautiful version of itself. Our hope is that with our superior yoga and fitness classes, nutritional programs, and experienced team, we can help you transform into a stronger, healthier version of you!
A 60-minute initial consultation including an in-depth discussion of your nutrition goals, weight, BMI, body fat %, measurements, before photos (optional). Weekly online check-ins with your coach to discuss progress, and any questions or concerns you may have about your program. Monthly in-person check-ins with your coach to follow up on your progress, do a weight check in, re-take body fat %, BMI, measurements, and photos (optional).
Full time students will receive a 25% discount off of the regular price memberships, drop in classes, and class packs. Must be purchased in person with valid ID or paperwork. Please note that we have a late cancelation fee of $5 if a class is canceled 4 hours or less prior to the start of class time.
We have mats you can borrow, but we recommend investing in your own mat as you may prefer a different texture and thickness than we provide. Our heated classes will be done at about 85-90 degrees and our warm classes will be about 78-80 degrees. Yes, we have a beginner yoga class on Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30.

I began my membership at Phoenix with injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident. I can honestly say it was a substantial part of my healing process and I gained much strength and flexibility back, as well as increased mental health. Trish, thank you for acting as a motivator for my well-being and reminding me how to communicate with people after a pandemic! Jen, thank you for your powerful flows with tidbits of mindfulness. Zoe, I appreciate your subtle adjustments and cueing, which have allowed me to go deeper into my yoga practice.

Phoenix is a beautiful studio with excellent teachers! All levels and all types of classes to try out. For example, they offer gentle yoga, restorative yoga, heated yoga, barre, and pilates! So excited to have found it and only 10 minutes from home!
PS - If you have an injury, they will work with you on modifications so you can still workout!

I am so glad I checked this place out almost a year ago. I started trying a few classes and now I’m a full time member. One of my favorite features about Phoenix is their online virtual library. They offer every class in person and virtual, and then upload the recordings after! I love being able to go in the library and basically take any class I want any time! I get the benefit of being able to go in person or catch up later online. They have done an amazing job of keeping it clean and safe during the pandemic. Every time I go I enjoy myself. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and very helpful

I always wanted to try Yoga thinking I was too old. It was wonderful to discover Phoenix Fitness and Yoga was not a competitive environment. It's soft and welcoming the way yoga should be. The instructors are positive, encouraging and joyful.

I have loved being able to participate virtually as I am in a high risk category. I had a lot of trouble catching back up with my strength but it is slowly improving back to where I was before the lockdown.

I have been attending Phoenix Fitness and Yoga during the pandemic and it has been a life saver. I participate through Zoom and the instruction and motivation is fantastic. The yoga instructor, Trish, is very grounding, and being a beginner yogi, felt very comfortable and inspired by her teaching.

I was very skeptical when my co-worker kept asking me to come try Phoenix. After the first few classes I was hooked! The instructors are great (but need to learn to count 😂) and I always feel amazing when I leave! I highly recommend Phoenix!
