I've been a regular customer for over 3 years now. I don't post many reviews but I have to give this business a👍. Jimmy, Tim, and the other techs are awesome! The receptionists know me by name. Beautiful, clean salon always nicely decorated and inviting. Give them your business!

The absolute best salon. I feel so welcomed every time I visit. The receptionist always greet me by my name as soon as I walk in the door. My nail tech is spot on every visit. I don’t need to even explain the shape of nails I like, she already knows. They are always super clean and even off many different beverages. I can not brag enough, they are all amazing!

Asked for coffin, picked my shape and paid extra. Very disappointed. Also called ahead for 2 people and had to wait an extra 30 minutes to even sit down at a spot. Will not be coming here again.

My 17 year old daughter came in for a full set and a certain design... $65 later and she comes home in tears. Worst nails I have ever seen, and I have had mine done since I was 16. Called to speak to owner was told he was busy... Stay away.. Just talked to Jimmy the "owner" Rude and unprofessional. Asked for my daughters money to be refunded, nope but she can gi back. Now wth would she do that? Refused a refund and stated my review on here and google made him decide not to refund her ..

WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT. COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called in yesterday 5 hours before our appointment and when me and my friend showed up they made us wait 10 minutes, after that 10 minutes went by she said “okay one of you go back there” I figured she would get my friend right after me. Another 25-30 minutes passed and my gel manicure was basically done before they sat my friend down. I finally called over the receptionist as the lady was finishing my nails and asked her why my friend hasn’t been started on yet. She giggled in my face and said (in a snotty tone) “well

One of the best nail salon hands down. Beautiful space and the friendliest people. Clean, awesome work and great prices. I was actually shocked at how inexpensive it was. Altogether best experience.

Very accommodating and professional! Everyone that has worked with me has always done a great job. My nails always last a lot longer than I expect, and they always have an appointment spot open, and the prices are reasonable. I haven’t gone anywhere else for the past 2 years since this place has been perfect. Plus the decor and environment inside is very welcoming and pleasant.

I was able to get an appointment at the last minute for both me and my daughter. I thought the place was clean and inviting. My daughter got to sit in her own pink butterfly pedicure chair. It was very cute and she loved it. Both ladies were nice and they did a great job. It was a fun experience for my daughter and we were both happy with our pedicures.

Awful communication and customer service. I was so excited to get my wedding nails done here with my mom. We made a 3:00pm appointment and arrived on time. We were offered water and then told to sit while they got the nail color choices. We sat and waited for 35 minutes with no communication. I understand that you need two available techs and if they were waiting on that, it should have been communicated. No, we never got our water or nail color choice sheet within that 35 min wait time. We really just felt forgotten about. Totally ruined my wedding nail experience and we just gave up and left

First time doing my nails ever. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails. They said it was gonna be $7 extra since I asked for coffin shape. I didn't see this as an issue. I was pleased with their service. They were quick but my nails still came out lovely. Will most likely be coming back.

BEST MANICURE IVE EVER HAD. Cleanest salon I've ever been in. Friendliest service I've ever received. Tipped $100 and it didn't feel like enough. Amazing job. Thanks Anna for the incredible manicure as for taking care of my bestie as we (and our very large group) got ready for her wedding. 10/10 will come back next time I'm in Omaha. Might just make the 2 hour trip just for nails!!

Well, I finally decided to take the plunge and enjoy a self care day with a friend and fellow mother to relax. We both ordered a manicure and pedicure. Personally, I ordered the citrus pedicure and I told them the rolling rock manicure which should have come with a lot of the same bells and whistles like a hot stone massage and towel wrap. The pedicure happened as described in the order. However, my manicure was just a soak, clip/shape, quick lotion massage and polish with shellac and for the price of the rolling rock service. I wasn't sure if I read it wrong or what, but my friend said afterwards

Had an appointment last time and waited an hour past to be serviced. We were given gift cards for next time. We walked in next time and were told there was a thirty minute wait that ended up being an hour. We couldn't even use the compensation gift cards. They are wonderful when you can actually get acknowledged.

This was my first time here, I got a mani/pedi. The nail tech I had was extremely rushed and rough. The woman in the chair next to me was there before me and still there after me that's how rushed it was. Pedicure are suppose to be relaxing and this just felt like she was trying to get done as fast as possible. And to top it off the quality of the work was poor. I had polish on my skin and the polish on my nails was super clumpy. I feel like I did not get what I paid for at all.

I have been here multiple times and wish so badly to give it 5 stars or even 3. However, the service is so inconsistent, I can't. One time I will get tips and dip and they are PERFECT and last 2-3 weeks. Another, the nail popped off same evening. Another, all my nails were gone within 3-4 days. I have gotten multiple pesos with the same.... Pay for the same pedi, but service is randomly so different. I am so sorry... gave 3 instead of 2 for the friendly staff and close proximity!

I had 11:00 am appointment ,was directed to chair #4 and told Tammy would be with me in just a few minutes. 10 minutes later I asked where was Tammy; again I was told she was just finishing with another customer and would be with me shortly. 25 minutes later still no service nor was I offered to have someone else help. I informed the front desk of my displeasure with the service. I received the customary insincere "I'm sorry."

Went in today as a walk in for a mani and pedi. I'm so happy with the results! Jonny did an amazing job throughout the whole pedicure and really took his time. I came in with a mail art design and I've never been satisfied with other places because normally they can't get the nail art to look anything similar to walk I ask. Well the tech nailed the design! It was worth every penny.

Long waits, high prices and they still try to up-sell and nickel and dime you for everything. They try to take my nails off each time to redo even after I just had them done two weeks prior and NO for the 100th time, I do NOT want DIP! I left upset again...3rd strike you're out! Looking for a new place after 2 hours yesterday. This is supposed to be relaxing not stressful!

I went to Tammy. She helped me pick my color and design. She was very kind, clean, and my nails are going on week three. The receptionist were very kind and helpful.

I have been going to Papio Nails for 3 years now. There are (at times) new techs and I'm wondering through these reviews if some were getting services from newer staff. Johnny and Lee are FANTASTIC. They are a husband and wife team that work here. The attention they give to detail and satisfying their customers if one of the best in the business. If you had a bad experience - tell the manager - he's very receptive.... and if Johnny or Lee do the work - they back it up.... please give this business a chance - talk to them directly. Don't lump one experience to all techs:).

DO NOT GO HERE. TRUST THE REVIEWS. My sister in law, her mother, and I went to Papio nails upon recommendation from a friend. I read the reviews, but thought maybe they changed staff recently and decided to give it a shot. BAD IDEA. We arrived later in the evening, but were seated fast for mani pedis in the massage chairs. This is the only review I have ever done, and this place deserves it. I went to this salon on Saturday for my nails for a big trip. The guy who did my nails checked his phone about every 5 minutes I was there and was not focused on doing his job. I don't really care but, my issue is he didn't cut my cuticles or push them back at all so when he put the nails on they weren't on the base of my nails at all. This is my nails 5 days later! this is usually how they look well after 2 and a half weeks. I called to complain and have them redo them, and they said they couldn't fix them

Had a very mature lady come visit me and recommend this place. Said they do a good Job. So gave information to my wife and asked her to try them out. She was treated very poorly. Not sure why but other reviews show good service. So I am dumbfounded on why she was treated so poorly. Not sure if it was age or ethiency. But waited for her and when she came to the car she was very upset. They missed business because she would have got her toes done also but when she got this she left upset. They said they would not clean or fix it

I do give them 5 stars, they actual deserve 10. Very very friendly staff. I especially like Kim. She does a fabulous job.
I did have one bad experience. Not with Kim, shes great. The lady charged me $60.00 for a pedicure when it should have been $35.00. I felt bad and didn't say anything because of a story she told me. It's all good. The other thing that bothers me is that they charge $7.00 to clean your Cuticles. It makes me not want to leave a tip and won't. Overall I still Recommend Papio nails.

Just left this place with some girlfriends. It was a fairly good experience. The staff was pretty friendly. I got the $40 treatment with the hot wax. I've never gotten it before but it felt really great. They use real oranges with the massage and i loved the sugar scrubs and lotions. I also enjoyed their massage technique on my legs. The paint on my toes came out okay. My big toes aren't as smooth as I'd want them to be. Not a bad place to go.

I will not be going back. I really wanted to like it.

I waked in hoping to get a fill on my acrylic gel nails and a pedicure. Luckily, they had room for me.

First, I got a fill. The woman that was working with me cut my acrylic nails so short that they look like my real nails. She didn't paint the nail all the way so now I have to go and get my nails redone in about a week (normally I get them filled every 2 weeks).

Not only that but the technician cut me 3 times. I couldn't even wash my hands the first 2 days without my fingers stinging. My nails look terrible. I don't know

Brand new nail and spa facility in Papillion. The look of the establishment is updated and inviting- pretty and bright since it's brand new but not in an over the top you-can't-afford-it way. They have 3 main sections of the space- on either side there is the pedicure/massage chairs (probably around 15-20 total here- this place is huge) with TV's and the middle is the tables to sit at if you're just getting fingernails done.
