I went to Liz for the second time ever with a new hair idea in mind. I was really nervous because it was unlike anything I’ve ever done before and was completely out of my comfort zone. Liz talked me through the coloring process in order to reach what I wanted done and relieved so much of my anxiety. We went through with my request because she had all of my trust. My hair turned out so beautiful! She’s truly a miracle worker!

Everyone was really nice, but my haircut was pretty bad. I have really long hair and didn't notice til' I got home that the whole front was around a inch difference in length. Definitely need to practice more before acually cutting someone's hair, or maybe she was just tired and was distracted. I'm just commenting so you can be aware so this doesn't happen again.

My wife and I have recently had our haircuts done at 7 Salon and we couldn’t be happier at our stylist who cared for us in a professional manner. We are definitely interested in other services that they offer like for my wife Eyebrow threading and for me hair coloring. The holidays are coming and we know we will look our best at 7 Salon.

My appointment was at opening time, the Stylist Makenzie was 10 minute late, took me to her chair, said she was going to mix my color but never returned. I sat for at least 20 minutes in her chair waiting until my then 9:15 apt was now 9:45 with her MIA. Not once did the receptionist or another stylist come up to me to check on me or let me know where she disappeared. So I took the apron off, went to front desk, and let them know I was leaving because my stylist disappeared. They acted like they had no clue. I emailed and was told Makenzie was manager and dealing with an issue- if that is true

I used to go to Seven way back in the day, when I was in high school...2006 to be exact. They did my hair for senior prom, and I've been back a few times over the years (I'm 34 with 3 kids now) and just recently went back for a highlight and cut and my experience was spectacular. Riley did an absolutely fantastic job and met all of my expectations....and she was quick too! (I have a ton of hair so that is impressive.) Also shoutout to owners Shannon and Nikki for helping me with an unrelated issue that day....that is truly how you do customer service!

Went to get a simple trim and layers and came back with one side of my hair shorter than the other….VERY upset and will NEVER be back. I didn’t notice at the salon because I could barely see the mirror as the chair was so low and I have long hair. Also whatever product she used in my hair made it all hard in the back, greasy, and gross! Can’t tip percentages just amounts given so you either under tip or over tip.

I was disappointed in this business. When making my appointment they required my credit card number in advance. They stated they will charge 50% of the service if I cancelled my appointment in less than 24 hours. Half an hour before my scheduled appointment time they called me to cancel my appointment. They said the stylist went home sick but I doubt they would have afforded me the same excuse without charging me.. They don't show the same respect that they require from their clients.

I had a great experience at seven salon! Riley is my very favorite hair girl, and she has done my hair several times in the past. All of the staff there were so nice and I felt so comfortable. Riley even did my eyeliner! :) I highly recommend this salon, and they even have a small boutique that you can shop from.

I saw online that the salon does nails as well, so I called the salon asking if they can remove dip manicure. The receptionist says "yes, but we only have Shellac to reapply, no dip. Because I just needed my dip removed I set up an appointment for 1pm. Their covid instructions on the door were unclear as it said to call when we arrive. I called and the receptionist said she was going to let the girl know I was there, another woman was also waiting in her car after calling and no one came to get us. We were both confused as the receptionist never told us to come in or if we wait to be invited

I got my hair done by Sydney today, and she did an amazing job! I was a bit nervous about getting my hair highlighted for the first time, and I was really wanting something that looks natural and blends in with my natural hair color. She did exactly what I asked for! I'm really happy with the service, and I'm sure I'll be back soon!

I am NEVER disappointed at Seven salon from their receptionists, to their esthetician and their stylists I have never recieved anything less than perfection. Not only are their owners involved but they have their finger on the pulse of the industry and keep themselves and their employees educated constantly. I have been seeing my stylist for 6 years here and have always left feeling more confident and more beautiful. Their esthetician is the best I have ever used and has made me feel completely comfortable at all of my waxing appointments. You will not be disappointed when you choose Seven to be

Beth, Arielle, and owner Shannon are all amazing!! I've been going to Beth for years, and have known Arielle since before she did hair. Beth does my hair, and I always make an appointment to see her when I come back into town. She is professional, skilled and always does a great job. I am amazed that even after going to other salons where I live in San Diego, Seven still stands out with professionalism and excellence!

I really love my stylist at the salon, but the salon needs are real "deep" cleaning. The windows, bathroom, floors, shelves and counters were dirty with hair, dust and dirt everywhere. They need to invest in a daily cleaning person who will keep the salon looking good, like the people that work there. With so many options of salons in Omaha they need to step it up! Please CLEAN!

I actually found Seven by seeing someone hair at the mall I liked. She referred me into the salon. I've tried several stylists there and they all do what I like. they also have a range a prices so if you need something a little cheaper, they can do it!
they have a little coffee bar up front and I'm always offered a drink while I'm waiting which is very polite.
I was disappointed they didn't have the product line i use but I switched to their tigi line and I love it too!

Appointment at 1:00. Got here at 12:47 to be told they are in a meeting so "its going to be awhile". Yikes! Quite an uncomfortable feeling. I really would like to stress that the receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. You're a receptionist, drop the attitude.
However, Arielle was nothing short of AHHMAZING!!! Nice salon, but limited product.

I've been here twice, the first time I was there I checked with the receptionist, she never told my stylist I was there so I waited for 45 minutes for my stylist to come get me. The next time I went back the same thing happened! This time I only waited for 15-20 minutes before saying something. I couldn't believe they forgot about me in the waiting room twice! And the stylists were very unapologetic about it and didn't seem to care.
