I have gone here three times for dip. The first time I went, I was extremely pleased with the results. My nails stayed fresh looking until my next appointment was made three weeks later. Unfortunately, the nail tech has moved away. When I made my future appointments, I selected whoever was available at the time. So, the second time I went in, I got dip done. I cannot recall which technician I receive. Not even a week later, the dip began to crack, exposing my real nails. This happened to my thumb, pointer, and middle finger on my right hand. I get my Brazilian wax done here regularly but after today I will absolutely not be returning and I suggest if you value your privacy you do not go here either. The waxing room has two doors, the one you and your esthetician walk through, and a back door next to the wax pots. I'm not sure what is back there but now 2 separate times I've been in a very vulnerable position and a man has walked through that door. When speaking to the manager she gave a passive apology and said she'll talk to the staff and *maybe* she'll put a lock on the door. I'm sorry but in 3 appointments

After trying this salon i am not going anywhere else! The salon is always clean and the service is always friendly! They offer you drinks right away when you sit down and i love that kind of customer service! They have many colors to choose from and nail techs that do designs always execute perfectly! Tommy is my guy! Beware you must book in advance as you could probably guess they book up fast because they are amazing!

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of one was the friendly staff that helped me after I was greatly offended by my first nail tech.
I don’t get my nails done often, it’s a treat for me. The nail tech hardly asked me what I wanted, just sat down and started doing my nails. She filed my nails and when I asked for a more rounded shape, she goes to her coworker and whispers in her ear while her coworker looks at me. Comes back and files it for two seconds, hardly shaping it and asks me how it looks, I try to show her a photo of what I want and she tells me to put my phone away

To start off, I used to LOVE Minabella. I went there all the time, made all of my family's nail appointments there for years. Two days ago my fiancé took us to CCD get the Diamond Pedicure. I've never had that before and I was excited for the hour long massage! Long story short, the pedicure left my feet more dry in some areas and the whole thing maybe took 45minutes. The employee that did my fiancé was great, mine was okay. He switched with his daughter at the end- assuming he didn't want to paint the toe nails. Not a big deal. I absolutely love this place!! They have monthly pedicure specials with some amazing products that smell so good and to top it off you get a cocktail with your pedicure. Who could ask for more. The place is very spacious and you can make online appointments. The new massage chairs they have are spectacular. I have never had a bad experience there!! Highly recommend to everyone I know!!

I went in last Tuesday to get a pedicure and acrylics. My pedicure I felt was very rushed. My acrylics looked nice for the most part other then the hard glue stuff everywhere, but my whole acrylic on my thumb popped off within 4 days…. I’ve never in my life had a acrylic completely pop off. Generally I can keep them on for a couple weeks then take them off. Not only did one completely pop off I have about 4 nails that are pulling up on the bottom so I keep getting them stuck in my hair. The only time I’ve ever had that happen is when I put $10 stick on nails on myself. I was not impressed

Came in at 10am because I'm a bridesmaid for a friend's wedding. Spent $112 for a lack luster French tip pedicure which made my feet look and feel more rough than when I came in. Wanted pink and white sparkle full set of nails, what Tommy did was a lumpy, uneven, very thin, ugly set of pink and white nails. In fact, the worse pink and white set I've ever gotten. I have been to Minabella a million times and have usually had a great experience. However, after this last time, I am sad to say that I did not. I had dip polish on my nails and the tech used an acrylic nail to pry off the polish instead of doing the regular file, soak, etc. The process hurt and was uncomfortable to sit through. He quite literally was sliding the acrylic under the polish to try and rip it off the whole thing. It has completely ruined my nails and made them weak/bumpy. I don't know if this is a new technique that I am unfamiliar with, but it has left my nails in shambles, and

The staff were very polite and I was helped within a few minutes of my schedule appointment.
However, I do feel my manicure was rushed. It hasn’t even been a week yet and the shellac is peeling off of nearly every nail. I had them done late Monday evening and they began chipping and peeling by Thursday of the same week.

The website stopped recognizing me as an existing customer and repeatedly did not let me reset my password. The receptionists no longer refer to you by name or wait on you like the very personable & friendly woman in the past did. & the last time I had 2 appountments on 2 consecutive days. Showed up the first day and they'd moved my 2nd appointment up 1 day without even contacting me or asking me. So I don't go there anymore . . .

First time here! Brought 2 girlfriends with me and we had a great time! Service was good & we all enjoyed some wine together. We were all seated and worked on at the same time which was lovely.
I've been to many places around Omaha and this is the first place I've left happy & I haven't had to ask them to correct anything. Toes were shaped, buffed & polished to perfection without any polish on the skin surrounding the nails. I am in town for a tournament and needed a break from all the high school boys. The environment is relaxed with a nice layout. The hostess (manager?) walked around and checked in with staff and customers asking if she could bring a beverage or anything else.
The pedicure chairs were is great condition (my biggest pet peeve is when they are broken or shotty)
My nail tech did a GREAT job and really made it a wonderful experience. I opted for the crystal package and got the paraffin treatment. They have hand knit booties they put over the wax baggies that are so cute and add to the fun.

I selected the July monthly special that was advertised as a hour long service. From start to finish it was 45 minutes. I noticed a gal that won't be same service was even shorter as she sat down about 10 minutes after I did and her polishing started the same time as mine. Also a drink was supposed to be with the service. I had to ask for it.
The pedicure was good but seemed to be rushed. The description listed a mud masque but I didn't get that part of the service.

With our wonderful new rules of CoVid 19, Minabella Has Stepped Up To Ensure All Customers & Workers Are Safe . They make sure anyone who enters has a mask or they have some disposable ones for sale . You constantly see technicians cleaning up after each client . Before you see your technician you are required to wash your hands . Some may feel this may be extra but I appreciate it . Tracy gave me a set of birthday nails I'll never forget , I LOVED THEM & Recieved So Many Compliments !!! I'll definitely recommend her . I haven't used any services here outside of shellac manicures

*posting for my girlfriend* My nail tech did an outstanding job on the color of my nails. But the nails themself are horrible. I've been to some low end salons before and I've had better nails done there then here. Not only did I mention I wanted my nails and curlicues done, they did not get done. I also had a huge gap in between my real nail and the extension. They "fixed" it by putting more of the product in between. I've never felt like I've had nasty nails. I feel like it looks like I've never washed my hands and there's junk stuck inside my nails. Worst

This is not my normal spot but in a hurry and near by I looked this place up and thought I'll try it! I'm so happy I did! I just needed a manicure as I'm having a baby and knew my nails would be in a lot of upcoming pictures. I went in for shellac but my tech Mina recommended a dip. Ive heard but never had and whoa! What a difference! She took a lot of time and paid very close attention to detail to make sure they were perfect and the price was so affordable. The service from check in to check out was great. Everyone staff member is so friendly and chatty, definitely a fun and chill

I will say Minabella got the job done. It's been 1.5 months since I had my pedicure and my wax. My toes have held up. The esthetician was great. I forgot her name, but she did an excellent job on my brows.
