With more than 32 years of combined experience and the honor of owning and operating two of Omaha's most loved nail salons, True Elegance and Virgo Nail Studio, Yee and Ha Pham are proud to expand their passion and skill with the opening of True Nail Studio. We will do our best to accommodate you, but if we feel there isn't adequate time to give you the experience you deserve, you will be asked to either alter the service you are booked for, or reschedule. We understand that life does not stop just because you are getting your nails done, while cell phones and children are welcome in the salon, if they become disruptive to our other guests experience, you may be asked to reschedule.

I unfortunately chose Virgo as the salon to have my wedding nails done at. I booked an appointment for an acrylic fill and pedicure and few days before my wedding. First off, I was sat for my pedicure, about five minutes in they pulled the tech working on me for a different appointment. I then sat for an additional fifteen waiting for a different tech to finish up. The nail polish was smudged, but I'll get back to that.

I normally love this salon and it is my go to, but on Tuesday (October 12) I went and got a full set, fast forward to one day later Wednesday the 13th the acrylic already broke and the gel has chipped. I am a bit disappointed because they usually do such a great job and it makes me a little sad that this has happened. Even though the chip doesn't look like much it is definitely noticeable and for this to happen after I had spent the time and money it is quite upsetting.

This was my first time at Virgo Nail Studio. I will be going back for sure! My daughter & I went in for a pedicure and it was truly a wonderful experience. We didn’t have appts but was able to walk right in & be seated. The staff was so great. I didn’t feel rushed and had such a rejuvenating time. Yuki & Water did a beautiful job; they were both so sweet! The whole atmosphere was clean, beautiful and relaxing. Our toes look great! This will be my new place! OH & they have a "happy hour" discount, which is Mon-Thurs 10-3pm any $50+ pedicure you get $10 off at checkout!

I’ve had too many bad experiences that outweigh the good ones. The customer service is not the best and they tend to to a poor job. Each time I’ve gone in to get gel nail polish removed, they have caused me to bleed and use the drill with too much power that makes your fingers feel like they are on fire. I would not recommend going here unless you want to take the 1 out of 10 chance you will get a good manicure. Instead, I recommend going to LaVista Nails or even Nails Express, I’ve always had good experiences with them.

I got my nails done on my birthday and they turned out like such trash. The guy who did them rushed through me and my best friends. We had a full set on, painted, and done within 15-20 mins. No hand massage, no cuticle cutting, no time was spent on making our nails look good. The guy also didn’t change out his equipment when doing my friends nails, to doing mine. One he put on my set, he was gone. He left my friend waiting and another woman came to finish the job. She poured oil all over my hands & I told her that wasn’t done for my friend, she completely ignored it. He kept pressing to do

This was the best nail experience I've ever had. My nail tech queens Daisy, Ye, and Sonya really popped off on our nails, the service was A1 and I would recommend this place to anyone. While getting my nails done, I could not fathom how boujee and classy the place was. It was a dream and I will be going back.

Was able to call the day before and make an appointment for a gel mani/pedi. Sonia was my nail technician for both, and I couldn't speak more highly of her! She was incredibly kind and personable, and also checked-in with me many times to make sure I was liking everything she was doing. The vibe at the salon was fun and lively.
$80 for gel mani/pedi with a small design on my hands, which is more than reasonable. They also have a "happy hour" where you can get $10 off a pedicure service of $50 or more.

5:15 PM reservation but didn't get started until 5:45 PM. Got a basic pedicure. No polish. Nail technician never spoke to me or even made eye contact the entire time. She just tapped my foot when she wanted me to take it out of the water or put it back in the water. Pedicure itself was good, but they lack in customer service and organization. I may give them another try but I'm not in any hurry to do so.

I don't know what these reviews are about, but I had the best full set I've ever had in my life done here. Yee, my girl, was personable, hilarious, and attentive while reviving my sad, boyish nails back to their fierce feminine glory. I wanted to match my toe color, but it's a very distinctive cornflower blue and i was having trouble finding a good match. Yee helped me search through countless numbers of dip swatches to find the perfect color, genuinely caring about my concerns. I wasn't sure what shape to choose so she used her expertise to find the perfect shape for my nails

All I can say is WOW! Ok, I will say more! I have been here a couple times and knew they did good work but I decided I wanted something really fun. I came in with a picture of what I wanted half anticipating they would tell me no. Yee switched some things around and said she would do it. She didn’t even hesitate. She free handed all the art. I am beyond impressed!!!! She is outgoing, friendly, direct, and absolutely what I needed today! And her skill set matched and went WAY above what I expected. I will DEFINITELY be going back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Middle of the road - been here three or four times and it's okay. I always have an appointment and have been able to get right in upon arrival. Employees all wear masks and there is a plexiglass shield dividing all the nail techs from the customers. I'm pretty simple as I mostly do shellac and nothing too fancy. I did have a great nail technician on one visit that performed a wonderful pedicure and my shellac manicure lasted over five weeks. I only had to get my nails redone because they had grown out. Unfortunately, the next time I went in, that particular employee no longer worked

Had my first pedicure at Virgo. Appreciated the cleanliness and using masks. I had Jenny and she did a great job. I go in 2 weeks for a shellac manicure. They also practiced social distancing. Very pleased with my service just a bit on the high side. $40 on sale for a pedi. I'm sure I'll be back! Thanks Jenny!

I use to be a loyal customer until today. While getting a full set manicure, I asked for an ombré. The lady did not know what she was doing and put the powder over my skin letting it dry. It was a complete mess and she started over. I asked her to clean my nails up and she refused. My real nail is now glued to my skin. She later admitted she didn't know what she was doing. This place hires employees who don't know how to do nails. I could not reach a manager nor did a manager reach out to me. I walked out with three nails, and very unhappy.

I've been going here for about a year now and I love it so much. I used to go to Blue Sky just out of convenience cause I live in Bellevue but it's definitely worth the drive from here. I've been to a lot of nail techs at Virgo too and everyone I've been to is spectacular. The atmosphere is also so great. It's so cute and the decor definitely has thought out into it. They also have so many choices of color so they will definitely have what you want. They also do tons of different designs and you can add to your nails. Their prices are great for the service you get. I will

I've been a couple of times now. Without an appointment it's taken me about 15-20 minutes to get in. I get the the Gel dipped nails and they last me about 3 weeks after getting them done here vs. a week or two from other places. Yee the boss lady is wonderful. Always has a smile on her face, very accommodating to the customers and seems to be very kind to her staff. I'll keep going here, but will try and make appointments in the future so I can get in faster :)

Two weeks ago I was in another part of the city so, out of convenience, I went for a shellac fill and pedi somewhere else that was in a developing area and had decent reviews. It was soooo expensive esp. for what I ended up with.
Im not crazy picky or anything close but I felt so stupid for trying someplace new when I know I'm ALWAYS happy when I leave Virgo.
Bamboo did my nails today and she 'nailed' it. ;) (She even asked if she could fix some things - I didn't tell her about my last fill experience but she could see it!) I'm done trying new places.
