Literally the best nail place I’ve ever been to. So affordable and sweet at the same time. The guys are my favorite because they always talk to you and my nails always come out a little better when they do it. The girls are really good too though I’ve never had an issue when either of them have done my acrylics.

I came here thinking I would have a good experience from seeing the good reviews but that wasn't the case for me. Horrible experience! Not only did they do a horrible paint job the guy that was painting my toes said that the color on my toes was ugly. Then when it was time to pay he snatched my debit card out of my hand. Joking or not you don't do that! That's not

This was a great place to have our girls day at. The pedicure was amazing and the dipped nails was just the best experience I have had on my nails. The workers cut up with us and allowed us to have a good time. Defiantly will be coming back!

I 100% recommend Top Nails! They do a great job whenever I go in. I’ve been getting dip for the past six months or so and they always take their time and make adjustments for whatever preferences I have. They are so friendly and you are known when you go there, not just another face to them. Overall great people and place!

I love love love this place. I have been to many different nail salons and this is the one. They always make u feel so welcomed and important. I've worked n customer service most my life so it is important to have great service. This place is beyond expectations. My daughter left feeling like a princess and my nails are always perfect. Will not be returning. I went for a dip manicure and when they were shaping my nails he was filing my skin not my nail and then cut my skin with the nail file. He then continued to not file properly and also cut me with the metal tool they use to rough up the nails. I got an infection from the cut after they put it in the dip powder. Plus one of the other nail technicians who wasn't the one working on my nails kept saying that the colors I chose were ugly which is so unprofessional.

This is a difficult review for me to write. I used to come here every other week when I lived in Omaha, and I absolutely loved it. It's a family business, the brothers speak English most comfortably and engage often with the clients.
I visited Omaha a couple of weeks ago. I thought getting my nails done at my favorite spot would be nice, so I called earlier that afternoon and made an appointment for two mani/pedis at 3:45p.m. that same day (Friday).
My friend and I got there, made our color selections, and stopped in the bathroom before our services. The bathroom was out of paper towels

Top nails did such a great job on my nails for my wedding! Everyone who helped me was super nice and understanding when I realized I made an appointment for the wrong thing. They moved me over to the right spot to get acrylics instead of gel nails (which I had originally thought I was getting). They got the exact oval shape I wanted and had a great color selection. Will definitely go back anytime I want to get my nails done.

I'm in town for only two weeks and was desperately in need to get my nails done. I'm super super picky and not only very particular with my nails, but my specific shape. **not everyone can do it **

After being referred by a friend I decided give this place a try today. I was the 1st customer of the day. I came in for a pedicure. There was one older lady working, who may have been an owner, while an older man sat in a message chair on his cell phone. I assumed I would have got hot rocks, oil, a calf message or at least a warm towel like other places. This was the most pathetic pedicure I have ever had. I was to the point where at almost walked out when I saw the lady grab the lotion "St Ives" and rubbed it on my legs. She grabbed a towel and wiped my leg off with something that felt

Great service! I walked in without an appointment and they had customers but were able to seat me right away for a manicure and pedicure. Seems like customers are very familiar with the family working/owning the place. The mother did my pedicure and she did one nail for me and checked with me on the color which I found wonderful because the color I chose was way too dark and she let me switch it out. The younger son did my French manicure and it looks really good! (I've had bad French manicures before so I was a bit worried) The family is very friendly. My total came out to be $40 for a manicure

I made an appointment through yelp to get a shellac manicure. I showed up and they fit me in right away. All seemed great. The young lady they put me with was very gentle, which I appreciated since I had hurt a finger over the weekend. She did a great job of getting all of the polish off my nails and making a smooth work surface. My manicure ended up pretty good, the hand and arm massage left a lot to be desired, it wasn't bad per say just short. All in all not a terrible experience, it is in an inconvenient location for me, but that's my issue not theirs!!

If i could give them no stars I would, I'm so disappointed. I usually always love my nails when I get them done here but today was the worst experience of my life. I showed a specific picture for the coffin shape and the length and what they did was nothing like what I showed them. I told the guy doing my nails that this isn't what I asked for and that I wanted them longer. He told me he couldn't do anything about it and started making a scene in the whole place to where everyone could hear. I told him that I would just pay for my toes and that's it since I wasn't going

I won't go anywhere else! Love this family and the job they do. It is a friendly, knowledgable environment and they make it easy to either chat with other customers or just be in your own little world. I don't feel like an outsider when I go in! I have received manis, pedis, full sets and fills elsewhere and just was not happy. They do a fabulous job! I live much much closer to a popular Nail salon, but have been treated rudely and received a horrible end product! When I say I want a "squoval" tip, they nailed it! Cleanest and least painful nail salon ever. I've been to cheap nail places all over Omaha, and this place is the best priced nail salon for the quality and experience. I usually get cut or burned when I get acrylics, but not here. The staff always talks to you in a friendly way. They also are excellent at nail designs.

I came to Top Nails for a mani pedi. The people were super friendly and the place was clean and orderly. I was happy while I was there and my nails looked great for about 5 hours. Less than 24 hours later and they were chipped. I didn't even do any dishes, gardening or cleaning. It's kind of a bummer to spend $45 including tip and have a result like that.

I've gone there about 10 times for a shellac manicure and it feels like I've been going there for years. Not only is the customer service above and beyond, so is the quality of the manicures. Its consistently great and I keep returning!
