I went here today for my friends birthday and everything was perfect! Out of the four of us, two of us (including myself) got dip, one got shellac, and the other got acrylics. All of our nails look amazing! I love this nail salon! They are all so friendly and are excellent at what they do. I rarely ever set an appointment, and even as a walk-in I never have had to wait all that long.
This place is right by my house and I have been thinking about going in every time I drive by. Finally did so about 2 weeks ago and again last night. Love my nails and pedicure. I'm not a girly girl but I def feel better. Rachel did my powder dip the first time and she's awesome. Our implements are medically sterilized and disinfected after each use.

So I went in for a hot oil manicure with a dip. First, Peter never did the hot oil treatment. Then, he didn't want to do the cuticles, I had to tell him. He didn't get a new set of clean sterilized utensils. Lastly, he didn't use the bonder on the nail prior to dipping and after 5 days all of my nails lifted. Also, they were thick.I've been 3x and the last 2 times haven't been very good at all. This last time was my last and final straw.

I came in with no appointment and was seated immediately. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was super sweet always asking if anything was too hot and if I was ok. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink and was overall super kind and didn't pressure me into doing anything I didn't want. Bamboo Nail salon is also amazing at their prices. Both my manicure and pedicure together was $50. You guys are amazing!

This was a very bad experience. The gentleman was SO rushed and he hurt me , he used the tool and drilled down almost thru my whole nail. When I asked if it's ok to put acrylic over that, I was afraid of infection, he couldn't understand me and seemed annoyed. He went and got someone to speak to me and after that he didn't say another word. He was rude and bothered that I was hurt I guess? I don't know. He didn't get any more gentle when filing down my cuticles or nails either, he was rushed and abrasive throughout. When it was time to paint my nails he just threw the nail color options on the

Got a full set acrylic done and they are so thin. One of the nails are coming off already and didn’t even last 8 hours. Very bad experience. I asked for coffin shaped and the edges are not straight they are round and droopy. The shellac i got done in white is not fully painted on my nail. Lastly, there is barely any acrylic on my nail and no apex what so ever. When i get acrylics I expect there to be at least some sort of thickness and not have the nail be so paper thin. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
