We encourage all our tenants to promptly make requests for maintenance via our maintenance portal. Use the Portal for Tenant Repair RequestsFor the fastest service, we recommend that you go to our maintenance portal to initiate a maintenance request. On duplex and single family homes, maintenance of the lawn is the responsibility of the tenant.

Beggs Property Management is a Liberty based, residential, property management company. We have owned, operated, and managed rental property in the Liberty, Missouri residential market since the early 1960's. Local market conditions: Evaluation of the local rental market's current and historical desire/need, for the type of property being considered.

As a prospective tenant, we can help you through the process of finding and applying for the home of your dreams. For our current Tenants we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding.
View the units and ask any questions regarding the units. At the time of showing, we will provide information regarding the unit and the application process. If you would like to rent the unit and are willing to sign a 1 year lease, you will need to fill out an application and pay the non-refundable application fee and a unit reservation deposit.
When making a maintenance request, please be specific and descriptive about the problem. For example: If your unit's air conditioner is not working, the report of "air conditioner isn't working" does not give us much idea of what is wrong. Instead, if you report My apartment is warm. I can hear the air conditioner running and I can feel air coming out of the vents.

I am very pleased with Beggs properties, when I have a problem they scheduled a appointment and had it taken care of it in a timely way. I was happy with the speed of the repairs they were fast and efficient.

Tried to schedule a showing. The showing was cancelled before I even woke up that day. Called to reschedule and they were very rude and condescending. No longer interested in that property due to this incident. Please learn how to utilize customer service for your benefit and your tenants benefit.
