Andy Ritan began managing single family homes in 1997 when he bought distressed property in emerging neighborhoods for himself as investments. He renovated them, leased them, and created a property management process that is effective, efficient and respectful to all concerned.
Andy's education and early career were quite diverse: A graduate of Miami University of Ohio and the University of Chicago Divinity School, Andy has served as a Hospital Chaplain, Unitarian Minister, LAN/WAN/Voice/Video Engineer and had success in Corporate IT Sales.In 2002 he entered the real estate business as a licensee and obtained a broker's license in 2008.
