Please do not rent from this company!
We been stellar renters with NO late for 10 months. We was late 1 month and they assessed a $810 fee( eviction process) with no prior communications.
We have 17 outstanding maintenance request, including water leaking inside house, squirrels, rats, electrical outlets no working, dish washer not working, etc. NONE of these request have been satisfied. They have sent over repairman who are not in uniforms or business cars and a few times no business cards. They take estimates only. No repairs .We take off work for nothing and are not compensated for loss wages

Renter beware Michael White is Ignorant and Rude. Me and my spouse applied for a rental home on September 24th and immediately got a reply from Michael which was an auto reply saying we received the application. Two days past never heard anything back from him I decided to follow up through email and call all 3 numbers listed he never answer the phone or return calls. I decided to call and email from another contact and he answers saying he has 10 homes and trying to process application on all. Firstly I work in the industry and it does not take more than a few hours to run a application. Four

Please DO NOT let this person (Michael White) manage your property!!! Or, I can guarantee that you will definitely REGRET IT!!! I hired 360pmpro as my property manger for a home I have in Snellville, GA in August 20017...I live in CA. The tenant he got for me moved in on October 1st. 2017 and now I'm in the process of evicting the tenant via my attorney!!! Tenant only paid 2-mos. rent and now he's being evicted the 3rd. month!!! I told the PM to stringently vet perspective tenants b4 considering them, as I've had some poor tenants in the pass and did not want to go throughout
