Poor management, everything is broken !!! From the onsite laundry mat, (which the management team lied and said it was remolded) It literally looks an.earthquake made its way in ALL of them, the entry gate, you must pay $150 for and has been broken sine we moved in, our unit was not clean upon traveling 15 plus hours from the other side of the US, terrible infestation, air conditioner has broken. Management has poor professionalism and no sense of urgency when critical circumstances occur. Our mailbox has been broken off the hinges for almost a week and the serviced USPS is 20 minutes away. I have been living here at laurel hills with my girlfriend for about 9 months. our lease is up soon and I can’t be more excited. From the very first night there have been roaches, drain flies and constant noise from my upstairs neighbors. I have contacted the leasing numerous times to no avail. The gate from the complex has never worked, homeless people everywhere, garbage overflowing the one dumpster that is working the other 2 have been broken since we got here. I advise everyone to find another place to live. This place is horrible and not worth it.

Living here has been a great experience especially since there's been new management. I feel like if I have an issue they are caring and effective and they are concerned with what I have to say. I don't really go outside much but I enjoy the peace of mind that I have in my home. I have enjoyed living here and besides the price increase & my sometimes noisy neighbors lol I would definitely recommend.

Literally, the best management. I needed to move last minute and worked with Simone and the property manager Jordany. Simone is AMAZING. Both were super attentive and addressed all of my needs. Even in this pandemic, they offered multiple touring options that were comfortable for me. It's a really nice property in a quiet area. I would really recommend stopping by and meeting/the people before passing up this complex.

We have been double charged for our electricity since we moved in, assuming that the electricity charge on the rent bill would be paid to Georgia power. Now they are refusing to pay Georgia power with the money we gave them. And they refuse to give us our money back so we can pay our power bill. Do not rent here. We talk to a new hire just about every time we walk into the leasing office, and no one will take accountability or give us a real solution. It takes 2 weeks to get anything fixed and half the time they don't even fix the problems.
