The Biggest thing at our community is making sure that you keep communication with management, being clean inside and outside of your living space.I have lived here for over 5 yrs.This is a great place if you need a Peaceful, Safe, Quiet and Beautiful place to come home to everyday......Definitely SATISFIED WITH THE WAY THEY QUICKLY RESOLVE THINGS FOR RESIDENTS HERE....EXCELLENT PEST CONTROL HERE!!!! I recently moved from California a couple months ago and I always liked this place. I was patient til they had something just perfect for me and the floor plans are do die for very home unit with a upgrade thru out. They don’t even advertise the lake in the back with the walk-in trail but it’s a plus amenity to have . The staff is superb. Friendly very accommodating and professional. Each and every one of them. The office is always bubbly when I go in & I look forward to living here for years to come. -KeAsha

I actually walked into office while unhappy tenants were expressing their grievances with office staff and one Lady out of four staff members was very rude….
I still toured Apartment home with a very pleasant staff member Mrs. Debra and I left there with the intention to apply
However after reading reviews and the response I witnessed to current tenants
I thank God for ordering my steps!!!

My family and I lived there a year and toilets always were clogging up, garage door was broke most the time, downstairs air never got fixed but maintenance swear they was fixing it, and and let’s not forget the hidden fees you get charged once your moved out, help me understand how we got fees that’s supposed to be included with rent, now that we gone we got all these fees from Dec. and we moved out in February. They are a JOKE, don’t recommend this place to NO ONE.

Great place to live! Leasing office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests I've made have been completed very quickly. The apartment homes are spacious and comfortable. The view by the water is great. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Definitely a terrific choice for apartment homes!

Living at Riverside is a very positive experience for me. I love the location and the property amenities and the lakeside. The walking trail on-site makes it easy to get my daily walks in. It’s skid a quiet and pleasant community. The maintenance staff is also very responsive to my service request. The cottage type apartment homes gives a warm snd inviting outside appearance. I also like the comfort of the 2bedroom 2 baths floor plan that my husband and I enjoy. I love that it’s a pet friendly environment with lots of space to walk my senior dog safely because everyone has to have their pets

It’s sad when the office manager and the assistant manager both ignore you for 15 minutes. At least with the previous management team they would acknowledge your existence and say “we’ll help you in a moment.”
They BOTH knew I was there waiting and Jo Beth, who was beyond sweet and clearly busy showing a couple around, came up to me and assured me she’d help me once she was done showing said couple around. She did and was very kind doing so! What I needed was quick and she took care of me. In all honesty, she should have a higher position than she does.
