The staff is awesome! I had to rent the apartment while still on deployment and they made it absolutely painless. Every interaction is super friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. The grounds are in great shape and the unit is in perfect condition. I’ve lived here 5 months now and can safely say I wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else!

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I’ll have to say that I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. A welcoming and tight knit community. The management has always been timely with any maintenance requests and even if they couldn’t fix it asap they always kept me posted on when it would be fixed.
I recently had a trip away from home, Hannah and Crystal in the front office have been an instrumental part in making sure everything was in order while I was away. Sometimes it’s the little things. Thank you CAY.

Beautiful apartments inside and out but the staff is what makes this community worth the effort of recommending. The office staff Crystal, Hannah, Logan and Ryan always go above and beyond. I can put in service ticket and know that Adam & Tracy will take care if it quickly and efficiently. Everyone is always friendly and professional. The Commonwealth at York is the standard I've come to expect in apartment living.

My move in experience was amazing! I'm going through a huge life change and it's been an emotional roller coaster. I felt so calm and supported through my experience with Logan and Hannah. I began my search for a new apartment with Logan. She was so professional and warm. I loved her energy. I got my keys on my move in day with Hannah and she was very welcoming and made the process clear and quick! Honestly the it was the best communication I've ever experienced with a complex! I am very grateful and I am loving my new home. Thank you.

I don’t usually post reviews but the team at CAY is so awesome! I love their pool, gym, and the nice little touches in the clubhouse like their present wrapping station. Their office staff and maintenance team is super responsive and nice. My boyfriend and I recently adopted a cat and Hannah went above and beyond to fill out the paperwork quickly and contact the adoption agency to make sure they knew we had approval to move forward with the adoption. Definitely would recommend!

This apartment complex is amazing! I have been living this place for 4 years and all the staffs in the office and maintenance did a very good job all the time. Hannah Childrey helped me to collect all my previous leasing agreement in a very accurate and fast manner, even after an year since my moving out! Thank you guys a lot! And I would 100% recommend this place to live!

I absolutely LOVE living in this community. From the moment I came to tour and get a feel for the place, I just felt at home. There is a friendly atmosphere and the staff at CAY are some of the most helpful people. They have been quick to answer any questions or concerns that come up. The same is true for the maintenance staff! There is so much to love about living here, but one of my favorite services CAY provides is valet trash pick up. It is AWESOME to just leave my trash out at night to be picked up and I never have to make time to take the trash out myself. I have been living here for 6 months

I have lived here since April 7, 2021, and I already know that I will be here a very long time. The management company has admirable core values: Honesty, excellence, accountability, responsibility, and teamwork (H.E.A.R.T). The staff is trained to prioritize the customer, and it shows. I have always felt welcome, and my move-in process went so smoothly! The apartments and the grounds are beautiful. I wouldn't want to live any where else.

If anything were to ever happen to me as far as succumbing to my depressive episodes, I formally hold this apartment complex accountable for contributing to the emotional and mental harm done to me.
For the last 7 days I have been listening to the same song on repeat. I have had intermittent banging and yelling over circumstances that literally… have nothing to do with me. “Quiet hours/quiet enjoyment” are treated as a suggestion more than a legal right afforded to the residents via the leasing agreement bound to overpriced rent. Take into account that I already have insomnia

I’ve been a resident for a little over a year now and this place is definitely an upgrade from my last apartment complex. The large apartment and well maintained grounds coupled with the always happy office staff makes living here pretty great. Big shoutout to Becky, Crystal, Kathleen and Peyton (hope I got the names all correct). I highly recommend living here.
