I'm leaving a 1 star review because of the other tenants here. This is not a community to move to if you have children, or if you want to feel comfortable in your own home. Our problem began the day we moved in. There are signs in front of the buildings that say "reserved parking" (NOT reserved parking space, and NOT handicapped). We were told all parking was first come first serve and assumed the signs were reminding folks that the lots are resident parking and require a sticker. No such luck. I parked in this space to begin moving some belongings in. I was about 7 months pregnant at this time

I lived here for 3 years when I was in high school with my mom. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews, because we never had one problem living here. The staff was so nice, maintenance was attentive- we even had to call once on the 4th of July and once on Christmas Eve about our AC/heat and they came and were super nice about it, regardless of it being a holiday. Soundproofing was excellent, which is sometimes rare in apartment complexes. We never had one complaint about the noise. Overall, I was more than satisfied with Clairmont and if I ever move back into the area, I 100% would move

Save your money and your sanity and don’t move here. I’ve been here one month and already want to leave. The buildings are so poorly built that your neighbors can hear everything you do and say. I have toddlers and I keep getting noise complaints even though we requested the first floor, they put us up here anyway. We know we make noise but trying to get moved so we’re not a disturbance is like pulling teeth. They open your front door for police when it’s not an emergency or mandatory interaction, invade your privacy and complaints are always one sided! They won’t listen to you! If your

My son lived here almost three years and would have stayed but he bought a house. He enjoyed his time at Clairmont. The few times he has had to request maintenance, they have been very responsive and the office staff has been extremely helpful as well. Not sure why all of the negative reviews because he has had no problems. Would recommend them to anyone looking for housing in the area!

I have been here for a year in a two bedroom unit and have never had an issue other than others dogs, which has nothing to do with the staff or suitability of living. After the first year, I will now be moving into a three bedroom unit and the staff has been excellent working with me throughout the process of making this happen.

Overall terrible first impression. We toured here and the staff was decent. We filled out the application and got approved, though the normal security deposit was only 150$, they stated we would have a 2,300$ security deposit due to “limited credit history”. We did not proceed and decided to apply elsewhere, getting approved no problem with a 200$ security deposit. I mentioned to this place what Clairmont had told us, the leasing agent said we did not have a limited history and they may have been trying to take our money. Be aware of the “limited credit history” scam.
